It was fine, not so much guest. Its clean and staff are welcoming. Checking in took longer that I expect it to be. We checked in 10pm at out by 12noon.

It is our first trip to Dubai. Novotel is the best place: excellent food, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. The transfer to the Kite beach was great! We enjoyed our stay. The Mall of the Emirates and Metro station is near by. We surely come back again. I highly recommend this place.

The twin beds are pushed together, so you might bump into each other. Just an FYI, the room's sofa can be converted into a bed.
