Hotels in Haeundae-gu, Busan

The hotel facade is new and clean. The room is very clean with daily change of towels, slippers and bottled water. Location is excellent, on the Main Street with many eateries. It is just opposite the Haeundae traditional market and 5mins walk from the Haeundae beach. But the downside is the slow water flow from the bathtub and no shower curtain . Hotel staff wasn’t able to provide information on traditional market recommendations

Stayed for three nights, and it was... fine, I guess. Nothing exceptional, but not bad either. Its 'good location' just means it's right by Haeundae Beach, with plenty of restaurants nearby. However, it's a 10-minute walk to both the subway and Mipo Station. The facilities are pretty standard, but it's relatively new, and the room was a decent size. For the first two nights, we got a free room upgrade. When extending our stay, we were asked to pay an extra 33,000 KRW, either to move to a lower floor or pay the difference. We were too lazy to move, so we just paid to stay in the upgraded room.

When I checked in, they told me my room was upgraded, and I was genuinely surprised when I opened the door. It was an unobstructed sea view room with a 1.5m queen bed and a 1.3m twin bed. The room decor was very new, and the bathroom and toilet were separate, with the sink also outside, which was super convenient as no one had to wait. The front desk guy spoke Chinese and was handsome too! Plus, there was free breakfast, and I ate until I couldn't move. Overall, everything in Busan offers great value for money.

Reception staff were not friendly and helpful. Room was big and clean, and housekeeping staff were polite. Take note that early Nov in autumn they will disable the aircon and only provide heating so the room remains permanently at 28 degrees - belatedly realised there were other reviewers who warned about this. Staff will advise you to open the window if you feel stuffy and hot. However, this means noise from traffic and the baseball batting cage located next to the hotel. But I guess noise is better than getting a heatstroke. Pretty close walk to haeundae station, and convenient to have a convenience store downstairs and McDonald’s across the road.

Nice hotel conveniently located in the city surrounded by lots of nice restaurants and cafes Opposite the hotel is a 3 storey high Daiso and walk down the street to the end (about 5mins walks) is the Haeundae Traditional Market that sells plenty of local delights. If you need to travel to another city bus, the Intercity Bus Terminal is just behind the hotel. It's about 3-5mins walk. The staff are friendly and helpful and there's a convenient store right below the hotel I will definitely stay at Ramada Encore if I visit Haeundae. Will stay more days at the hotel. The hotel was great however we had problems with the bathroom. When taking the shower the water would splash around. Taps would leak water when opening. Water pressure of the toilet and taps is slow. There was mold as well. Safety concerns of the step near the bath tub. Housekeeping is good and friendly! Staff were helpful when we needed certain things in the room. Good view. Far from the elevator as requested. Enjoyed staying here.

Le Collective Paragraph was a great accommodation located about 15-20mins from Haeundae train station. Walking distance from the beach, the food street and Busan Sealife. Clear door instructions were provided prior to arrival with option to leave luggage on level 1 (password provided). The family room was spacious with kitchen, fridge and utensils as well as washer/dryer which was useful for us travelling light. Only thing is that we were struggling with the TV. Highly recommended stay when you want to stay near the beach!

This hotel has a resort with a ******. It is well-known for its outdoor spa. It is a mimic of onsen in Japan. It is quite crowded during peak hours. Guest room is a typical hotel room. It has balcony. Bed is very comfortable. However, there is no toothbrush and other disposable amenities available. Toothbrush and toothpaste are available with fee. Check in process is straightforward but can be long queue during peak hour. Same as checkout

We booked Fairfield by Marriott Busan after being unexpectedly let down by another hotel in the middle of the night, and honestly… it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm welcome — exactly what you need after a stressful situation. Our room was on the top floor with an incredible city view. It wasn’t huge, but it was clean, modern, cozy, and perfectly comfortable for two people. It had everything we needed. The hotel facilities were great — a well-equipped gym and a breakfast buffet with plenty of variety to suit different tastes. Fresh, satisfying, and a good start to the day. The location is definitely the highlight. Right next to the beach and within walking distance of major tourist attractions, it made exploring Busan so easy and enjoyable. We’ll absolutely stay here again. Great service, great location, and a genuinely positive experience from start to finish.

This was my first time visiting Haeundae, and I chose to stay here during my ***** New Year trip to Busan. I booked the Toyoko Inn after looking at hotels early on. Since I was traveling solo, I picked a room with a larger bed but a smaller space. It offered excellent value for money, and breakfast was included. As I was out exploring all day and only really slept at the hotel, staying here for four nights was super convenient. My actual stay proved to be just as convenient as expected. Sunrise this time of year was at 7 AM. Every morning, I just had to walk five minutes, cross the street, and I was at the beach – perfect for watching the sunrise! Afterward, I'd head back to the hotel restaurant for breakfast. They served warm beef soup and tofu soup, alternating daily. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was high quality and really hit the spot. The hotel had all the necessary facilities, including laundry (washers and dryers) and the restaurant, both on the first floor. Toiletries were also provided and available for self-service on the first floor. Some rooms even faced the sea, offering ocean views. I had requested a quiet room for a restful stay, and it was indeed very peaceful throughout my visit. Overall, I was extremely happy with my stay in Busan.
