In my room have a big hole to see next room. I feel uncomfortable 😞. When i told staft he laugh and don’t do anything. So bad service

Good hotel with a great location near restaurants and small markets. Rooms are clean with good views of a square. Rooms have a TV, lounging chairs.
Hosts at attentive and helpful. Good place for a one night stay when passing through to Yading Nature Reserve. The village of Shangri-la (Riwa) is quaint town worth visiting for a day or two to enjoy the serene, laid back feel and get a taste of traditional Sichuan cuisine.
