Hotel Riverside

I have loved my stay at Riverside. It’s a small, friendly welcoming hotel a few minutes flat walking along the river from Dalyan. My room was small and basic, but fine for one with guards over the windows to protect against pesky mosquitoes. Room 312 would probably be a bit cramped if two were staying. The bathroom was an open shower with no curtain - like a wet room. Basic toiletries were included and there is a hairdryer. It was clean and fresh towels were supplied daily. The bed was comfortable with extra bedding available. Breakfast was simple - cereal, bread, cheeses, olives, cakes with tea and coffee eaten on the river with visiting turtles. I ate at the restaurant a couple of times where the food was tasty and even included a couple of meals when the kitchen staff were not available when I first arrived and as I was leaving. The boat trips were good value. I went on the trip along the river for the beach BBQ (600 TL £20) where we had plenty of food included. Drinks were cheap and plentiful with regular reminders that the “bar’s open!” I also went on the Monday trip to the market (300 TL £10) across the beautiful lake. The trips are a great way to meet and spend the day with others from the hotel. The fact that so many are regular and frequent visitors speaks volumes. It’s not cliquey at all though - everyone is very welcoming. The only comment I could make is that it would be helpful to have an information sheet about the hotel such as restaurant opening times and trip availability. I only found things out from chatting to guests.

I had a great holiday at this lovely small hotel. The staff were excellent and the room was basic but clean with everything I needed. The setting is extremely picturesque with a decent sized pool. Eating breakfast watching river and turtles plus other wildlife was an experience I will never forget. Dalyan itself was a short walk along the river shaded by trees. The whole area is beautiful and the Hotel provides boat trips to experience this. I will certainly return to this hotel

I have not stayed at the hotel, but we walked here every day to sit in the lovely restaurant by the river for drinks. It is so peaceful and picturesque, and the staff never rush you on. We have also eaten here on a couple of evenings and had delicious fillet steak. The staff are friendly, helpful and service is excellent. This is our absolute favourite spot in the whole of Dalyan, it really is off the beaten track. We just sit peacefully in the shade and watch the boats go by and feed the multitude of fish, we’ve even spotted turtles here. The staff are very friendly and we received excellent service from our friendly waitress called Roomaca. The hotel has a boat, which you can hire for a few hours for your family, which we did, and we went up river through the reeds, enjoyed a swim, did the mud baths etc. The hotel manager Aliede is very friendly and Helpful as is the owner Alp, who introduced himself to us. They are all so very friendly.

I had a great time in Riverside. The hotel is located alongside the river and is surrounded by trees, making it a very tranquil and restful spot. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. The breakfast along the river is probably the greatest aspect of the hotel. Remember to feed the river turtles and small fish. I also highly recommend the boat tour.

Beautiful relaxing holiday, our second stay at the riverside Hotel, Alp+Ali and team are so friendly and they all make sure you holiday is perfect, beautiful pool, and our grandson loved the kids pool, the restaurant by the river is so lovely and lovely food at good prices, Alp does boat trips which are fantastic value for money, we really enjoyed the bbq trip, our son came to stay for a few nights, after a stay in marmaris, he really enjoyed staying here, and had a great time on the boat trip to the market, where we stopped for a lovely swim, the place is spotlessly clean and has beautiful grounds, can't wait to go back again, such a special place, our grandson was totally amazed with the hedgehogs that came to the gardens each night after dark, thank you for a fantastic holiday

Ailinizle hoşça vakit geçirmek isteyenler için oldukça güzel bir otel. konumu gerçekten mükemmel. Evinizde gibisiniz bu en önemlisi. Akşam ve Sabah kahvaltılarını dere keranarında yapma şansınız mevcut. Bizim en sevdiğimiz ise tabiki nil kaplumbağaları ve onları beslemek. Şiddetle tavsiye ederim. Havuzu aşırı temiz.

Excellent, Value for money, stayed in a single room which was just the right size for me, only down fall was it was located right next to the bar, so very noisy at night with the sound of bottles chat and laughter. There is a lovely pool, very clean, the grounds are lovely full of fruit trees and flowers, well maintained, Breakfast is served on the riverside terrace and its wonderful, the river turtles come and say hello every day morning waiting to be fed, Alp and his team are very friendly and are there to help what ever you need. It was my first time to visit Dalyan and i will certainly go back to this hotel.

I stayed at this lovely hotel with family for 2 nights before going into our holiday villa and for one night afterwards, as we wanted to have a slightly longer holiday in Dalyan. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Alp and his team gave us the warmest welcome I have ever experienced from a hotel. Alp also organised our airport transfers. The a**osphere in the hotel is very relaxed and friendly. The beds are comfortable, the air con is quiet and bathrooms clean. The garden is full of fruit trees, vines and flowers and the pool is large and beautifully clean. We had wonderful lazy breakfasts, lunches and dinners on the riverside deck area, watching the river turtles and occasional kingfisher. This hotel is also incredibly good value for money. I wish we could have stayed for longer and hope to return.
