交通非常便利。離地鐵西安路站很近。去北站大概四十多分鐘。附近有吃的，喝的玩的。還有大商場。附近公交也很多，便利店也有。住着也很擔心。

兩次來大連玩都是住的這家，位置沒得説，高鐵大連北一號線西安路站，而且是二號線的換乘站，到海之韻東港威尼斯一帶也很方便，28路公交到星海廣場衹有幾站地，小超市大眾型餐廳好幾家，非常方便。
設施方面，經濟型的定位，各項功能滿足基本需求，服務也到位，性價比相當不錯的。
至於隔音不好的問題，臨街有噪音難免的，睡眠質量關鍵在於住隔壁的素質，住四晚吵了我兩晚，歸根結底是---人的問題！

連續住了三天，第三天續住時居然漲價了！不過整體挺滿意的，交通很方便，樓下的餐館太難吃了！酒店的早餐一般，很小，最可氣的就是電梯口的旅遊諮詢就是便宜，大家不要圖便宜！説好的早晨到老虎灘刷身份證就可以入園！實際情況是給發的位置根本不是直接入園，得聯繫賣票的態度相當惡劣，在大巴車上等着統一入園，8點半到的10點還沒入園，在車上讓各種買裏面自費的票，大家千萬別信，説什麼因為疫情裏面不賣自費票，都是套路，裏面啥票都賣而且價錢跟她賣的一樣，我買了兩張自費票都沒找到入口，大家需要索道票，船票，進去自己買，千萬別上當，我是過來人呀，被騙的呀！你不買導遊追着給你介紹，就是不發車！想不明白好好的一個酒店為啥要安排一個騙子！
