While enjoying the delicious food, I also tasted the hotel's specially prepared health tea, which has a mellow taste and endless aftertaste. 剛好有時間可以來大理小住幾天，選了這家中醫養生酒店，可以旅遊又可以調理新冠後的失眠問題。酒店真的非常令人滿意，從周邊環境地理位置，都很方便安靜，老闆學的中醫鍼灸已經非常厲害，自己的失眠已有很大好轉，在繼續吃着他們家中醫膏方和用他們的十年艾灸。

作為一位資深的點評，終於在雲南大理的卜熹養生酒店感受到了健康的重要性，公區內帶有洗衣機，出差不怕衣服沒地方洗，因為住的是一樓，門是玻璃的很隔音，最喜歡的是可以泡澡，有專門的建頤沐浴包，泡完後讓人安神靜心，温養昇陽，祛寒化濕，促進睡眠，補氣暖血。早餐也是粗糧，很健康的，營養充沛的。 其次他們房間用的是大理礦泉水，水質的PH值也是很軟，配上他們家的建頤茶道茶就是中醫養生茶，提高了我的身體代謝，因為自身脾胃不好，喝了過後還是挺不錯的，走的時候還購買了很多，因為對脾胃改變還是有點作用的。 衞生：乾淨舒心 環境：小院裡帶走一塊草坪，坐在院裏觀蒼山的雪，看看院外的藍莓地，真的很親近自然，讓我舒心了很多。夏天的時候還會回來這裏，因為藍莓夏天成熟了。他們家離大理S灣網紅打卡地一兩公里的距離，很近，簡直就是人間聖地。既能觀蒼山還能看洱海。

新開在一個安靜村落的空間，做康養理療，離網紅打卡點很近。住進去後，就感覺身心靈的安靜。適合住一段時間，尋找內心的安靈；店裡的中醫診脈，養生湯，助眠包，值得推薦。大理一個有風的地方，推薦前往……

來住了好幾天，坐在酒店就能看着雲朵飄來飄去，出門就是蒼山和麥田！！真的覺得好幸福！！ 還有專業中醫姐姐鍼灸和艾灸！！太感謝了！終於體會到了愛出者愛返是什麼意思了！！非常感謝，還有葯膳可以吃～身心都覺得很放鬆，早餐也好吃噠！！ 大概走一會兒就到S彎了，洱海也非常美，真的很喜歡大理！
