Great hotel with a good view on the city

Professional staff members. Welcome you with smile and their breakfast is impeccable. I love it so much I’ll go stay there anytime I’m in Cluj. 🙌. I recommend signing up for their rewards to get 10% off foods and beverages. They have breakfast for champions and their restaurants food is good as well.

Brand new, very clean and modern deco without being geeky. Room was a decent size, overlooking the park and the bathroom as good as they come. Breakfast was really impressive.

Very nice modern business hotel opposite the stadion and in walking distance of the city center. Comfortable bed in stylish room. Nice bathroom with shower. Excellent breakfast buffet plus additional a la carte options. Restaurant with business appearance offers good quality dinner food. Service minded staff in adequate quantity. Nicely decorated bar. Parking garage.

Overall a super hotel, friendly stuff, super fine food. Next time, I'm visiting this city, I'll stay with this hotel again.

Very bad first impression: we had booked a family suite with balcony and they promised us in writing a suite not close to the elevators. Room 401 was assigned to us: next to the elevators! The couch was made up as a second bed. Why? And the balcony was less than 1 m2! After our request they moved us to room 311, another suite and far away from the elevators and without balcony. We stayed here 2 nights in May 2024. The hotel has a parking and if you book a suite, the parking is free. The room/suite has good WiFi, airconditioning, a minibar, a water cooker and Nespresso machine. Bed, pillows and shower are good. There is a separate toilet. Lighting is good but you need an engineering degree to figure out how it works. Ventilation in bathroom and toilet are very noisy (50 dB!) and cannot be switched off. Compliments to housekeeping, other staff somehow do not fit with the reputation of Radisson Blue and the cost of staying here. If the costs would have been less our rating would have been higher but we didn’t get the experience we expected for the price paid.

Such a pleasant surprise ! We didn’t expect to find such a gem in Cluj. Beautiful facility with splendid decor, and the latest in amenities and furnishings. Exceptionally clean and super professional service. Oh and the not to forget the incredibly delicious breakfast, it’s a must !
