The hotel lobby is very large, giving people a comfortable atmosphere as soon as they enter! The hotel has a high floor and the scenery outside the window is very good! Although it is a hotel opened in 21 years, the overall facilities are relatively new! The room is good and the bedding is comfortable! More convenient! 希岸這個品牌在其它地方住過很多次了，開州這家希岸酒店確實品質很不錯，進門就有花茶熱毛巾，前台服務周到熱情，小姐姐笑起來特別的甜，入住之後有送果盤，看得出來是非常精心，準備的水果都是應季的很新鮮，小點心也都是品牌的，主要是味道很好，客房整體環境乾淨，房間很大，洗衣房在二樓特別的方便，烘乾和洗衣是分開的，客房大姐很熱情，餐廳環境衞生也很好，品種很多，味道也很巴適，一個字贊！

I was a little worried when I placed an order online, but I went to the store and saw that there was basically no difference from the picture description, and there was no problem! I rarely write reviews, but this hotel is really good, parking is convenient, the room is comfortable and warm, the sound insulation effect is good, the hotel staff are very warm and thoughtful, the service attitude is excellent, I really feel that this is a trustworthy hotel. The only downside is that the room does not have a full-length mirror.

The price is quite high. I personally feel that it is cheaper and better than the hotel in the main city of Chongqing. This time, the underground is tiled. It feels cooler and more sensational. There is no smell. It is a more comfortable time for me to travel on business.

GGuest UserAfter experiencing the excitement of the city and the Internet celebrity feeling in Chongqing, I happened to search for Pucun! Very close to the city and the airport, Pucun made me feel why Chongqing is called a mountain city. It is really a good place to relax after the hustle and bustle! It was such a surprise. Although it was only two days and one night, the boss's design aesthetic and the B&B experience on the terraced slopes allowed us to experience many different beautiful scenery. The room is simple and has good facilities and equipment. The Dyson hair dryer is very comfortable. I like it very much. It is warm and high-end! Experience the chirping of the robin during the day, and fall asleep to the sound of frogs at night, as well as the bamboo forest among the pines. It just happened to rain in Chongqing. The clouds and mist in the mountains in the morning and the new rain in the empty mountains were very healing. Chongqing is really charming! Chongqing has 3D and is also a mountain city! The ingredients picked in Pucun are hard to come by. The plums just came out recently, so sweet! The butler was attentive and accompanying me throughout the whole process, very considerate! I like Pucun very much and will come to Pucun next time!

GGuest UserJust finished a five night stay at The Regent Chongqing, was one of the best hotel experiences ever.
Arrived at the start of the national three day Duanwu Dragon Boat Festival and was warmly greeted with two tasty green bean cake pastries in a traditional wood basket as a welcome amenity in the room.
Breakfast has an abundance of options, everything fresh and delicious.
Ate at the third floor Chinese restaurant twice and the dishes there are truly outstanding, some of the best tasting dishes I’ve ever tasted in Sichuan province and also rated as the second best restaurant in Chongqing on this website. Compared to some of the top tier restaurants in cities like Beijing and Shanghai, also very reasonably priced and affordable.
What’s really nice is the hotel offers complimentary laundry service for up to three pieces per day which I thought was a very thoughtful service. Mini bar in hotel room also completely free and restocked daily. Water pressure in room’s shower was also very strong which made showering very enjoyable.
Hospitality is really on another level here. During the stay I experienced:
- A small soft cloth wipe was left next to my laptop since the staff noticed my laptop screen was a bit dirty
- Staff during breakfast would go out of there way to ask if I wanted or needed assistance in preparing a bowl of noodles, per my request they kindly prepared one for me with the most popular condiments used by locals
- One of the chefs during breakfast made it known if there was anything at all I wanted him to specially prepare for me he would gladly do it
- Same chef (Mr. Swong), when he found out I would be departing for a day trip the next morning from the hotel at a very early hour (earlier than when the hotel breakfast dining would be open) made it be known that he would make arrangements for the hotel to prepare a bag of anything I wanted from the breakfast buffet to take with me so I could eat it in the car. Sure enough, the next morning at the front desk reception there was a bag waiting for me containing various fresh fruit, a hard boiled egg, sticky rice, orange juice, banana, water, utensils. When I walked outside to the car that had arrived to pick me up, both the driver and tour guide remarked they had never seen a hotel ever do this for a guest and that this must be a really exceptional hotel.
- A complimentary bowl of fresh fruit was delivered and left in my room
- Upon check-out, received an immaculately wrapped gift box of Chongqing Small Noodles (dried, uncooked) which was accompanied by a specially prepared locally made peppercorn noodle sauce (wrapped in plastic), was actually the perfect gift since my Mom loves noodles and to see her face so happy and joyful upon receiving this gift brought me much happiness
Everywhere in the hotel, from the hotel front desk staff, the bellboys and staff working outside the front door, the staff at the 7th floor bar, the staff at the breakfast dining, to the staff on the 3rd floor Chinese restaurant, was treated so warmly and courteously and staff so helpful and thoughtful too.
Victoria was especially gracious and helpful as when I arrived, I didn’t know where to eat and after asking me a few questions with regards to my tastes and kind of ambiance I would like in a restaurant, she recommended a very popular local Chongqing Hot Pot restaurant just a few minutes away. This turned out to be great recommendation as the flavor of the hot pot was really great and the environment was more of a ‘hole in the wall’ place, very raucous and rowdy, just what I was looking for. She would also periodically check in to see if everything was going okay and if there was anything she could assist with. Will always be grateful to Victoria and the staff at Regent Chongqing for making my first trip to Chongqing so unforgettable and full of wonderful memories.

JJudyHotel is located in residential and local business area, conveniently within walking distance to subway station. Hotel front desk staff, house keeping and laundry service are all excellent . We feel happy and very comfortable staying here. Breakfast is also very nice with many choices and variety from day to day. Location is superb though plenty of food options nearby and walking distance to some attractions. Rooms are clean but you see stains here and there but I guess it’s forgiveable for its oldness.

志志玮I recently stayed at Chongqing Ashan River View Hotel (Jiefangbei Raffles Square Branch) and had an enjoyable experience. The hotel is conveniently located in a fantastic area, surrounded by plenty of shopping options, eateries, and popular tourist sites. It was easy to explore the city, and having so many dining choices nearby made the stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel itself was well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms that made us feel right at home. The staff was attentive, and the facilities were kept in excellent condition. The only improvement I would suggest is maintenance on the sliding door for the toilet, as it was a bit challenging to slide, likely due to rust. Overall, I was very impressed and would definitely consider staying here again for both the convenience and quality of the hotel.

In particular, the hotel service is very good and humane, and the service standard is good and convenient. It gives people a warm and homely feeling. We were informed in advance of the nearby check-in routes and guides, making our travel very convenient. Auntie also cleans up every day, wandering around Chongqing during the day and always coming back to the hotel clean at night. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Suitable for people with allergies.
The breakfast was served in the noodle shop next to the main entrance. You can order as much as of you want. Food was good.
Additional bonus: The hotel has a nice viewing deck.

RRaju UK.Check in on 21st floor. Tricky to find as information scarce at 21st floor. Receptionist helpful as needed to change elevator at floor 30 to get to floor 32 in our case. Room with river view and Raffles city building. Very good view specially at night with all the led lights. A bath tub right at window with river view and buildings all over . Beautiful. Hotel is opposite Raffles city and walking distance to Hongiadong.
