設施齊全，衞生整潔，窗户隔音效果佳，房東也很友好，樓層佈局稍顯緊湊，對個高者不太友好，也會一定程度影響樓層隔音效果，整體很不錯

位置在李家沱正街，離理工大學，花溪醫院，比較近，樓下就是公交站，設施都是新的，比較舒服，密碼開門方便，老闆也比較好溝通，定點住宿，出差首選
