Enjoyed my stay ☺️ but there are things to note. - if you’re taking the cab to the hotel. Drop off point likely on 1st floor but check in is @ 21st floor. Location: 👍🏻 - 1st floor access to 洪崖洞 is very convenient. 8-10 mins walk. - head to 22nd floor & you’ll have direct access to 魁星楼. & its walkable distance 10-15 mins to 解放碑 During my stay, desserts are being offered to the guest between 7.30-10pm. The staff will notify you the desserts available via WeChat. Cleanliness wise is good except there is slight old stain on bedsheet but still acceptable as everything else is clean. Room: 👍🏻 - very spacious - separate toilet and shower - most amenities provided (toothbrush, comb, disposable slippers) - shampoo and body wash provided in refillable bottle - big projector screen 👎🏻 - room sound proofing - lift is shared between 2-3 hotels other than fungee so it’s quite slow. Was happy and surprise with surprised gift given by the hotel. ☺️ very friendly staff. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The location of the hotel was great. Kuixing tower, jiefangbei, hongyadong are all in walking distance. The metro line 2 is close by and very convenient. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Suitable for people with allergies. The breakfast was served in the noodle shop next to the main entrance. You can order as much as of you want. Food was good. Additional bonus: The hotel has a nice viewing deck.

Very good, excellent one! I was very happy staying there, just a pity than less time in the room, because of being late arrived and can’t find the main gate at the beginning. It is on 12th floor of one bldg.The staffs are all very ver nice. And also give us the gift before leaving as well.

This is our 2nd time using this hotel. The housekeeping staff is courteous & efficient. The same counter staff Xiaowu is cheerful & helpful as usual. She took the trouble to inform us via WeChat that hotel will be shutting down hot water for maintenance so that we can plan our showering timing. Hotel also arranged dessert for us in the room. We are very happy with the service. The location is great for food & shopping. Easy access to rail stations.

The hotel itself is rather old but it’s put in some effort to renovate. Initial impression of the room was not great but I got used to it after a few nights. Location is superb though plenty of food options nearby and walking distance to some attractions. Rooms are clean but you see stains here and there but I guess it’s forgiveable for its oldness.

I loved that it had two rooms, and self opening curtains. There was a bathtub, and at the kitchen sink there was a water filter tap. It definitely did not feel like a hotel but an apartment with some service (there are many check in counters and the ground floors for different hotels). The cleaning ladies were friendly. The kitchen didn’t have pots or pans or utensils. One thing to note is if you order food delivery from Meituan, the delivery person might leave it in the Meituan locker rather than go upstairs to your room for delivery, which was annoying. Location was central, a two minute walk away from the food street. And a five minute walk away from the liberation memorial place.

I recently stayed at Chongqing Ashan River View Hotel (Jiefangbei Raffles Square Branch) and had an enjoyable experience. The hotel is conveniently located in a fantastic area, surrounded by plenty of shopping options, eateries, and popular tourist sites. It was easy to explore the city, and having so many dining choices nearby made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms that made us feel right at home. The staff was attentive, and the facilities were kept in excellent condition. The only improvement I would suggest is maintenance on the sliding door for the toilet, as it was a bit challenging to slide, likely due to rust. Overall, I was very impressed and would definitely consider staying here again for both the convenience and quality of the hotel.
