1. No cotton buds & shavers 2. Room is spacious, very clean & bed is very comfortable. 3. Room a bit noisy facing the swimming pool as requested for a quite room 4. The pool is very small just for kids to play around. 5. There was power supply cut for hours due to bad storm however there was no notice circulated to hotel guests. This should a practice for hotel management communication to hotel guests.

Super nice and friendly staff. V clean hotel. Only down side is the location even though it’s about 6-7 mins walk to Maya and Niemann One, the road is not v nice to walk on and not easy to cross the road, as there are no pedestrian crossing with traffic lights. It’s too short a journey to book taxi!

There are two buildings in the villa. On the second floor of the main building are two double-bed rooms and one standard room. Downstairs is the living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. The second floor of another building has two rooms, one is a suite, and the other has three beds. The whole villa is very large and can accommodate many people. For breakfast, we bought the ingredients ourselves and ate it in the garden. The villa also provided milk juice and various spices. The butler was also very caring. We also booked a BBQ the next day, one thousand baht per person. It was very hearty and tasted great. This stay was really great.

It was a great hotel with awesome buffet spread for breakfast. Location was fantastic, across roads were Maya mall and infront hotel was one Ninman. White market bazaar was nearby and good for late night shopping. We stayed for 3 nights, overall a great stay, swimming pool was under renovation, didn't manage to access it and it was a great pity but they offered alternatives. Housekeeping service could be better improvised as they didn't manage to replenish the bath lotion after 1st night.

I arrived to the hotel and on the outside it looked really nice, and the staff was very nice. The girl who checked me in thow wasn't that great to understand english, so I was lucky to speak some thai. The didn't help you with your bags up to the room, but I didn't mind because I travel with good working bags that has wheels. When I came in the room the first thing that hit me was a bad smell from the toilet. (I was given a room on the top floor 608 to be precise. The size of the room was ok, but the furniture I could see how dirty and worn down rhey where. It looked like something the bought on a fleemarket. Further on I tried the bed it was the worst matress I have ever slept on, not only that the hotel is next to a road and at night it was so noicy from traffic so I didn't get much sleep. Sometimes I woke up and thought I had a motorbike in my room. I had booked a stay for 5 nights, but after 1 night I decided to move. So after one more painful night I checked out from this hotel and will NEVER return again.

I came there with my family in December 2015. The view from our room was great (we booked 3 rooms) and the rooms were clean. This hotel is best for relaxation as the area is very quiet. Breakfast was delicious too, but they didn't specify the name of the food (it was a bit difficult for us to identify halal food). Another problem was that there were no restaurants or (similar to 7-11 convenience stores) shops nearby (the nearest restaurant takes 10-15 minutes to walk). Besides that, the overall experience was great.

We spent a few days in August in this hotel and the truth is that it was excellent value for money. The friendly and decisive staff. Location in the square of Chiang Mai, totally central. On the other hand, the room was cozy, and the pool, although logical because we are in Thailand in the north, there were a lot of mosquitoes, it was clean and the same as the room, cozy and clean. There is a kitten that is part of the hotel super funny We recommend it to spend a few days in Chiang Mai it meets the essential requirements of quality price location We would return for sure

To be honest it was just okay. Swimming pool a bit dirty. Afternoon tea set was beautiful for photo. I'm kinda disappointed that they don't serve dinner. Only breakfast not sure about lunch. At first when i walk down the reception to get dinner , no one there even i shout out for em but noone answer. Why there s no one at the desk ? I need to look around lobby area and found him at the kitchen. The staff was chitchat with team. No suggestion from him where to get food. I need to walk along the road to find food which is local restuarant and 7-11 you can walk there But its a bit far. It would be better if you serve dinner. Appreciate for a staff who just got off work offer us a ride on his bike to outside restuarant , we asked him for direction even he said it's a bit far to walk but we have no choice. ** only ONE restuarant close to hotel at the corner next to hotel was Yum/Isaan Food we endes up there, it was good tho **

It's easy to go out to Nimman, not far at all = We stayed here for 1 night, slept on the 2nd floor, didn't get a good room. It's at the three-way intersection at the entrance to the stairs. I heard someone outside. But the air conditioned room is cool, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is ok. Plus there's a view of 4 mountains. There's a balcony at the back. I slept better than the first night. But I don't like the bathroom at all. The shower is next to the toilet.
