Throughout my stay, the team’s attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care ensured a comfortable and memorable experience. Their warm smiles and readiness to assist with any request made me feel right at home. It’s this level of exceptional service that keeps me coming back. Since I spent more than 2,000 yuan for one night, I'd better give an evaluation. Let me first say the conclusion. The room rate of more than 2,000 yuan a night is not worth it. If it is more than 1,000 yuan, it is still cost-effective. The advantages and disadvantages are discussed separately below. Disadvantages: 1. The service is not up to par. When I checked in with a large suitcase, the concierge at the door did not help me carry it. He watched me carry the suitcase in. 2. It's still a service problem. I had dinner in the Chinese restaurant of the hotel at night. A person who looked like the lobby manager brought the dishes without saying a word, and then left without looking back. It was incredible. 3. During the check-in process, about half of the hotel staff did not speak Mandarin. 4. The breakfast variety was surprisingly small, the least in all the five-star hotels I have stayed in. 5. The room has poor privacy, especially the hot spring pool on the terrace. It feels like people walking on the roadside can see it, which is particularly embarrassing. 6. There is no sound system in the room. I can't listen to music at night. The front desk explained that the guests like quietness. Doesn't that indirectly indicate that the sound insulation is not good? 7. There is no room delivery service in the guest room. This is not common in a five-star hotel. It is also very rare in the store, and the quality of dinner in the restaurant is also very average. 8. The air conditioning and floor heating take a very long time to take effect, several hours, which is really incomprehensible. If this is the case, why not turn it on in advance? Advantages: 1. The hotel environment is really good, very suitable for vacation, especially when it is cold, it is very comfortable to soak in the hot spring 2. The bedding is very good and I slept very comfortably 3. The hygiene is not bad, at least I didn’t find any spoilers, and the toiletries are all small bottles that can be taken away 4. The concierge is good when checking out and can help carry the suitcase In short, more than 2,000 yuan can be used to stay in many five-star hotels in Chengdu for two or even three nights, and in Shanghai, you can also stay in first-line brands such as Cultural Oriental and Ritz-Carlton. Since the hotel has marked this price, it must improve its soft and hard power and don’t let the guests feel that it is not worth it, otherwise it will not withstand the long-term market test.

The service provided by Xiao Wu at the hotel front desk was very good, the check-in was very quick, the room was spacious and bright, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provided good lighting. I will choose this hotel again next time. The hotel has a very good location and is very convenient for travel. It is worth recommending to everyone.
