After a long search for a hotel near the East Station, I finally settled on this one. The staff, especially the young man who served us, was really nice. I particularly liked that all the toiletries, bath towels, and hand towels were disposable. In the evening, there's a street with many snack stalls and hotpot restaurants just a short walk downstairs. I'm not an expert on food, but everything I tried tasted great. It's also quite close to the train station, about a 15-minute walk.

The front desk staff were very patient and helped with extended stays and luggage storage. The hotel is located on the street and close to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around but quiet at night. Family rooms are available for families traveling with children. It's an older version of the Haiyou hotel, so the decor is a bit dated, but the beds are still quite comfortable, making it suitable for travelers who just need a comfortable bed.

Good location, close to Huaxi. The transportation for eating nearby is very convenient. The hotel staff was warm and thoughtful, and the room was clean and tidy without smell. Very good experience
I usually don't bother to write reviews, but this one is really outrageous. The soundproofing is very very very very poor!
The twin room I booked at first had windows that didn't close tightly and faced the street market, which was extremely noisy.
Then I went to the front desk to change rooms, and they told me that only twin beds faced the street market, and asked me to pay more.
I paid more, and changed to a room that didn't face the street market. If the next room was a little louder, I could hear it? ?
The soundproofing is terrible. It's not worth the price.

It's a bit of a walk from Kuanzhai Alley Metro Station. However, the hotel itself is pretty good. The front desk staff were excellent; they even upgraded me to a Huazhu Club member, which means I'll get discounts on future stays at Huazhu hotels. All the hotel's amenities, including the bath towels, are disposable and were replenished frequently every day. The cleanliness was also excellent. Our first room only had an inner window, but they proactively moved us to a room with an outer-facing window on the second day.
I couldn't be happier with the hotel I chose for this trip! The location is perfect, with a subway station right outside, making it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and shopping. The service was also exceptional, from the front desk to room service. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, answering every question and even proactively upgrading our room. The room was clean and tidy, with new amenities, comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing, ensuring we had a good night's sleep every night.

I had a great experience staying at the Haiyou Hotel in Lanzhou, so I specifically looked for one near Chengdu East Railway Station in Chengdu. The room's decor and cleanliness were satisfactory, but I didn't give it a perfect score because of the service. At check-in, two staff members with a child were eating instant noodles, and I thought I'd gone to the wrong place. A male staff member asked if I often stayed in hotels. I said no, and after I gave him my ID, he pulled out a QR code for me to scan, saying it cost 49 yuan. I was confused; did I have to pay for check-in? He said it was for a membership card that would include breakfast, which I was annoyed with because I didn't need breakfast. I checked out around 5 AM the next day. I didn't want any membership card. I only book hotels occasionally through Ctrip. I don't know if it was because they noticed my displeasure or because I was a Ctrip customer, but they upgraded my room, even though I was only staying for a little over 7 hours. I just wanted to sleep. When I checked out in the morning, the front desk staff were sleeping. I left my room card on the counter. He grunted and left. I just received a call from the hotel asking me to leave a good review. I wasn't going to leave a review, but they reminded me. I'm sorry, I really can't give a perfect score for the service. Your stores are really not as good as other stores.
The location is very good, the health is not bad, very close to the subway, there are quite a lot of business trips. The price is relatively affordable and the handling of everything is relatively smooth, but you have to book in advance, sometimes there may be no room when there are many people. There are more delicious food nearby, and it is very convenient to take the subway to the city.

The front desk lady is very good at serving, very warm and thoughtful, breakfast is a packaged breakfast, there are many varieties to choose from, soy milk is freshly ground soy milk, very good, bathroom bedding floor aunts are very clean, sanitary products are disposable, and there is self-service laundry and drying clothes. The service is very intimate, mainly close to the subway station and Happy Valley, overall the price is very high, the stay experience is very good, next time you have the opportunity to come back
