The hotel is clean and spacious enough to accommodate my family of 3. The bed is big . The location is close to the high speed train station in a few minutes walking distance. Convenience for travelers who need to travel through the train station.

It was a stay over for the night to catch a train next day. It was near to the HSR. Clean and comfortable. Staff are all very friendly. Highly recommended. There are food areas too nearby.

Big space and new hotel . Surrounding Hotel with grocery , family mart and Restaurant . 烤串beside hotel also super nice , we enjoy it so much .

The location is very near to railway station, if you need to take railway, it is very convenient. The room is acceptable and its breakfast is so so. If you need to take railway especially in early morning, this is a good place to consider.

we are with Vienna International Hotel (West square of Chengdu East Railway Station) for our Chengdu trip. and we are 1st time in Chengdu. Hotel location quiet convenience for us to taking speed train as we travelled to Chongqing on next day and walk distance to High Speed Train only 8-10 mins. Room quiet clean only some hotel area that have stain for cigarette ash but not a big problem for us as we understand China culture. Service pretty good, you can call hotel and reconfirm your booking, they might not able to speak English but they will give you WECHAT and communicate via WECHAT thats very convenience. Hotel have laundry service that they provided washing machine and detergent for you to use too.

Amazing hotel with gadgets galore! Very comfy beds and amazing bathroom. Staff very helpful.
Only issue is banging doors which is in every hotel!

Everything is fine, room is clean and top notch as usual, but the front desk service staff needs to improve their attitude. They mistook me for another guest checking out and accidentally refunded my remaining nights’ booking, and was causing me so much inconvenience about it. I just wanted to rest and enjoy the cinema projector, they could’ve at least went the extra mile to rectify it instead of dragging me into their mistakes. Don’t have high expectations about the service but the room is worth it!

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with modern amenities and a cozy a**osphere.
The hotel has a prime location which is walking distance to Chengdu East Station. Nearby the hotel you can easily get to local food/ convenient store as well.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The location is very close to the Chengdu East train station. It took about 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by walking to reach the train station. There were many eateries and 2 convenience shop near the hotel. The front desk was responsive and the service of the technical team was quick. The room is very spacious, there are full length windows, projector and big screen for movie and it has a very nice city view. It also has smart system to control the lighting and curtain.
The wifi was not working.

can't watch TV program as you are required to scan QR code on TV but it needs to pay for TV drama or variety show. Meanwhile, i have complained the toilet, it takes few minutes for water rushing. the electronic cover will hit you once you sit on it for around 30 sec. Lodged complaint to frontline, but they said it is normal. Unbelievable. I wont try this hotel anymore.
