My second time stay in this hotel, great location. Front desk staffs are very friendly and efficient. Hotel itself is a bit outdated, shower curtain is old and looks like very unclean, carpet should be replaced due to the stains on it.

There are various buses at the entrance of the hotel, going to Chengde Museum, Little Potala Palace, and Puning Temple.

I wanted to take a shower the next morning to wash away the smell and was ready to continue running the water, but the faucet was hot water. So what happened last night? The front desk clerk was also indifferent. With such good tourist resources and such a good location, how could it be like this? It's really the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It's smelly and dirty.

A very good new hotel in Wulanbutong, Inner Mongolia. The rooms, facilities and daily necessities are very convenient and in place, clean and sanitary, and the service attitude is super good. The front desk lady and a foreman brother are responsive. The lady also gave us a detailed introduction to the routes and attractions for self-driving tours, which saved us a lot of time. Thumbs up!
