I understand that each smart device has different usage; it is recommended to make a smart control tip; Hygiene: Hygiene is OK, the bathtub water temperature is too low, and you can't take a bath even if you turn on the hot water and fill it with water. It's too cold; Environment: The environment is generally OK, and the location is good in the ancient city, and you can reach the surrounding attractions in all directions; Service: The lady at the front desk may be too tired to help us carry the suitcases. She speaks very fast. The lady climbs the stairs with great effort (no elevator). Overall, it's OK; Hanfu experience coupon: wear it for free for four hours. There is indeed no additional charge, but makeup and follow-up shooting are required;

Absolutely amazing, every little detail. The hotel is charming, beautifully designed and the rooms are spacious, with every convenience of modern living - better than a five star hotel in almost every way. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful and have tons of very very good recommendations for restaurants and services. From drivers to rentals to the best things to see. The restaurants we tried on their recommendation were excellent. Far better quality than most on the walking street - I just wish we had more time to try them all - two days was not enough. The rooms are perfect for two couples or a family, the bathroom has enough privacy, and they have very nice quality amenities. The air conditioners keep the room warm in winter, and the beds are very comfortable. You can also bring back food from outside to eat in the common courtyard. Would very highly recommend this hotel if you are going to spend time in the old city. One of the best I have stayed at.

The most incredible hotel stay in China after more than 3 weeks travelling around Xinjiang, Beijing and Xiamen. I have only superlatives in describing every moment and experience at Chaozhou Nanyi from the cleanliness, rooms, beds, bathrooms with the latest high-tech toilets, showers etc. The deco along the passageways, room layout is just so tastefully laid out. The unit I had comprised a master bedroom, another separate single room, a spacious sitting/tea/tv lounge, 2 separate bathrooms with latest high-tech features and a walk-in closet. The breakfast is more than ample from a western to a noodle station to suit your choice of ingredients. Tea and light snacks is served every afternoon, including a late night bowl of noodles, if you are hungry. This hotel surpasses my every expectations of what a top 5 stars hotel should be, much better than some of the Kempinski’s I’ve stayed in, in Europe! And it’s surprisingly affordable! No doubt my hotel of choice in Chaozhou!

The environment is very good. The room is very spacious and has a bathtub. I didn't want to take a bath at first, but I saw that the merchant was very considerate and provided a disposable bath mask and bath liquid, so I took a nice bath. The service of the little brother and sister at the front desk was very good. They helped me wash and dry my clothes thoughtfully. I will stay here again next time I come to Chaozhou. My friend saw me taking photos and she wanted to come too, haha.

Ii recently had the pleasure of staying at Hans XiHu for a three-day trip, and I am thrilled to say that we made the right choice. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that we were in for a fantastic experience. First the hotel is small but clean. Our balcony room was well appointed with modern Chinese accents. This addition was a delightful touch and provides a serene space to relax and rewind after a full day of exploring. The location of the hotel was another highlight. Situated in a busy yet safe area, we found ourselves surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and shops, making it convenient to find dining options and explore the local scene. Additionally, the proximity to a park with a small lake was a delightful surprise. We took advantage of this by enjoying peaceful mornings in the park before embarking on our daily sightseeing activities. One of the standout features of the hotel was the complimentary laundry service. This amenity was a welcome surprise, and we took full advantage of it by submitting 15 pieces of clothing for laundering. To our delight, the laundry was returned to us on the same day, washed and neatly folded. This level of service exceeded our expectations and made our stay even more convenient. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. From providing valuable recommendations for local attractions and restaurants to going the extra mile in making reservations for us, their attentiveness and genuine care made our trip more meaningful and memorable. Overall, our experience at Hansi Xihu was highly satisfying. The combination of a clean and comfortable environment, a convenient location, surprising amenities like the complimentary laundry service, and the outstanding service from the front desk staff made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a delightful and personalized experience.

We have had a fabulous time since arriving at the hotel. We were received by very friendly and helpful receptionists. The room is very clean and is well stuffed with toiletries, the Aircon is cold to my liking but can be adjusted accordingly. The roof terrace is very scenic, however, the views of the Guangjie Bridge is only in partial view. The location is superb, walkable to all the top attractions. The hotel breakfast is at nearby with delicious local dishes. The owner is ever so helpful, her service is above and beyond to cater to my mum. Lastly but not least, we are overall very happy with the service we received from this hotel and will highly recommend anyone looking to look for a 5 star accomodation. It was my first time staying at this hotel, and the overall experience was quite good. There are also many places to eat nearby, and it is very close to the ancient city, a five-minute taxi ride away, so it is quite convenient to go out and play. The hotel facilities are complete - quite good, the suite is large and equipped with a bathtub, the front desk service attitude is very good, there is free tea in the lobby, and there is a piano performance at the door. Overall, it is highly recommended

Foreigner friendly hotel, check in process is smooth and fast . Room is spacious , massage chair inside the room is a surprise. Cleaner cleans our room and refill mineral water everyday. Breakfast is good , with various of choices , taste is good. Thumb up for everything.

The location of the hotel is pretty good. It is not far from the ancient city, but there is a distance, so it is not noisy. The hotel has a sightseeing bus to Guangji Bridge, but due to traffic control, it cannot be delivered to the front. Walk along the Hanjiang River and buy a hairpin to make a hairdo. The things in the scenic area are not expensive. This must be praised for the ancient city of Chaozhou. There were not many people in the scenic spot yesterday, and it was convenient to eat and walk. The lady at the front desk was very gentle and took the initiative to upgrade our room type. The room is quite large, the pillows are very comfortable, one latex pillow and one low pillow. The shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and hand soap are all orange-flavored, which feels very good. The breakfast is also good. There are not many people. The noodles and rice noodles are delicious, and there are oil oranges and yellow peaches. There is just a small problem. The small floor lamp is too sensitive at night, and it will light up when turning over. Everything else is really good. Recommend friends who go to Chaozhou to play must choose here.
