The soundproofing in the room was excellent, and they even provided a steam eye mask, which helped me sleep incredibly well at night. The toiletries were also great. In the lobby, there was a Guzheng performance in the afternoon, and a variety of health-boosting teas were offered. The scent in the hallway was lovely and not overpowering. The front desk even gave us recommendations for local food and attractions – it was truly thoughtful! The breakfast spread was extensive, with plenty of hot dishes, desserts, and fruits, and the staff proactively refilled our tea. The young lady at the front desk was also gentle, charming, and provided excellent service. My overall experience was fantastic!

The location was also convenient for getting around; it's about a 10-minute walk to Paifang Street, perfect for a leisurely stroll and some sightseeing. The service was thoughtful but not overbearing, and the red bean soup offered in the lobby at night was delicious. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Chaozhou West Lake. Every morning, I could go hiking and exercise in the park opposite the hotel. Other attractions are just a ten to fifteen-minute walk away, which is super convenient. The environment is lovely, and the lobby offers complimentary specialty tea drinks all day. In the evenings, they even provide small desserts like red bean soup and mung bean soup. The room facilities are complete, there are no chargeable items, and they offer free laundry service, which is fantastic.
