But the gold medal butler Leo helped us solve it diligently and tried his best to coordinate, and worked until late. Later, part of the luggage was left behind, thanks to him. There is also Mr. Wang at the reception, who is very enthusiastic and kind, and he got familiar with the children right away. The overall accommodation is very comfortable, the environment is refreshing, the room facilities are complete and spacious, there are children's supplies and amusement facilities, which is very suitable for parent-child travel. The buffet breakfast has both Chinese and Western styles, rich varieties, and good taste. The quality of the fruits is good. My favorite is the roasted small potatoes, the honeycomb is also unique and sweet but not greasy, and the longest queue is actually the coffee machine. The hotel shuttle is very convenient and available on call. It is not afraid that the children fall asleep, and the uncles will help carry the luggage. The sanitation in the Tangquan area is very good, and the staff at the swimming ring helped us inflate. Fortunately, the hotel cooperated with the travel photography service and met a great team. Several places booked in advance have additional services, and there is a chance to change clothes. The makeup lady is very patient. Mr. Huang, who took the photo, has good skills, is humorous and can guide children. He is especially good at capturing and patient. The angle is very good, and the composition and a**osphere are perfect. The gentleman who selected the photos did not deliberately promote, and gave suggestions based on our choices. It's a home-like experience. The hot spring is open from 14:00 to 22:00. The location is very good, suitable for vacation. There is Sheraton next to it (maybe they are the same?). The breakfast on the first floor of Sheraton is very delicious.

The hotel was a bit of a surprise. We went there during off-peak hours. The hotel entrance was deserted. As soon as the car stopped, the concierge manager Leo rushed out to help with the luggage and check-in. He carried all the big and small bags by himself. He replied to WeChat in seconds like a butler. All problems were solved in time. He apologized for the little problems and compensated them. The service attitude was absolutely five-star! Besides, the hotel is lush with green trees and abundant green grass. The villas are hidden in the birdsong and flowers. It feels like a small tropical environment abroad. The room area is OK, about 50-60 square meters. There is a huge courtyard and a huge hot spring pool. The hot spring water is supplied from 14:00 to 22:00. This is a complaint. The guests who stay here will not be allowed to soak in the morning? The air conditioner cools quickly and the noise is not loud. The water pressure is not high, the level is medium to low. Takeout is very convenient, and the front desk delivers it to the room quickly. I was woken up at 9:45 in the morning. The workers were going to clean the hot spring pool and change the water. I was not allowed to soak or sleep. I had to drive to the underground garage of the Moon Square next to it to charge. There are many hotels around, the ecology is good, I will recommend my parents and relatives to live there 😆The only regret is that parking is not point-to-point. If there are few cars, you can park under the bridge. If there are many cars, you may have to go to the underground parking lot of Sheraton~

We arrived at 1pm. The villa was still being cleaned. The front desk arranged for us to have afternoon tea and soak in the moon hot springs. Everything was in order and the service was very considerate. There were 8 people in our family. They provided us with bedding, free breakfast and hot springs. It was great. The housekeeper responded immediately 24 hours a day. The air was so fresh. I will come again next time. Great👍
