I arrived on 13th September and stayed until 19th September and had a truly marvellous stay. Reception was very welcoming and staff very friendly and more than happy to speak English because regretfully I do not speak French, always smiling and greeting no matter what time of day you were in or out. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, lovely decor, and great facilities including air con shower superb and although it seemed to be open to the room it could actually be screened off, room was serviced every day complimentary water on first day of arrival plus tea making facility. My room had a nice view out towards the Alps and the hotel itself is very central to the main centre and to travel to other places so a great location. There is a swimming pool, spa, sauna and fitness room. Lovely small lounge downstairs behind reception with complimentary coffee. Would I stay at this hotel again, yes most definitely. It seems to be an annex apartment of a star-level hotel. If you arrive at night, you need to check in at the next hotel. The location is not on the main road, but at the back of the row opposite the train station. There are microwaves, kettles, and coffee machines. Electric stove, boiling pan, refrigerator, but no frying pan, no condiments, comfortable bed, generally very good, there are very few food around, Annecy is too expensive, so it’s okay to live here and pass by.

The location is quite good. Just by the lake, the balcony is full of mountain and lake views. The front desk is closed very early. There is no one at 8 o'clock. Need attention. In addition, the air-conditioning operating system is complicated. It is best to ask the hotel in advance.

Séjour entre amies le temps d'un week-end détente du 27 au 28 avril. Un hôtel dont l'esthétique intérieure ne me séduit pas.Il serait agréable d'avoir un peu de fraîcheur ! Cela dit, la propreté est remarquable, un vrai plaisir. En soirée, le parking et l'extérieur de l'hôtel ne sont pas éclairés, cependant, le gardien de nuit, qui est serviable, bienveillant, reste à notre disposition car le portail ne s'ouvre pas à distance. Merci à lui. La chambre est spacieuse et dispose d'une petite terrasse côté jardin, offrant une vue magnifique sur une partie de la montagne. Est-ce que le manque de chaleur dans la chambre est dû à un problème d'isolation ou à l'absence de chauffage ? Nous avons laissé le sèche-serviettes allumé pendant la nuit pour compenser... Le personnel de l'accueil, aussi bien de jour que de nuit, est aimable et souriant. La restauration est bonne, les plats sont appétissants et joliment présentés. Bien que le personnel soit aimable et souriant, on regrette un manque d'expérience ou de confiance en soi. Si vous interrogez les serveurs, ils préfèrent souvent demander l'avis de leur directeur plutôt que de répondre directement. Le directeur n'est pas au meilleur de sa forme , cela arrive de temps en temps. Cependant, les clients n'ont pas à le ressentir. Il est important de ne pas montrer son mécontentement envers le personnel face aux clients. Soins : pas testés malheureusement. Plus de créneau disponible. Penser à réserver à votre arrivé Bar : nous n'avons pas testé. l Le personnel que nous avons croisé semble très sympathique.Une belle équipe. 1 Hammam et sauna à disposition plus piscine très bien entretenue il y a peu de jets et la pression n'est pas puissante. À disposition des transat intérieurs et extérieurs. Florian, le maître-nageur, trouve du contentement à réjouir la clientèle, ce qui s'exprime par sa bienveillance, sa prévenance, ses suggestions éclairées et son sourire chaleureux. Il ne se limite pas à assurer une simple surveillance ou à être simplement présent, comme on peut le voir dans d'autres lieux. Il est agréable de voir que l'on se préoccupe de notre bien-être.

I had a tiny room in this huge, impersonal hotel. For the price I was expecting a better experience. My room overlooked a very unpleasant looking car park. The canopy below my room was filthy, had rubbish on it and was unkempt. The window frames were mouldy, in and outside the room (see photos). At the restaurant I asked if I could have my meal in my room. They said yes but without specifying that they was an ”eat-out” With the exception of a very helpful and friendly man in the breakfast restaurant, the hotel staff were impersonal and ineffective.

2e visite en quelques semaines. Les chambres sont grandes, aérées, propres, le balcon est agréable (pas de vue sur les chambres voisines). Le côté parc est plus agréable que le côté route (même si l'insonorisation des chambres est bonne) ; il correspond aux chambres paires. Hammam très grand qui aurait besoin d'entretien (des carreaux manquants et d'autres descellés). Piscine intérieure agréable, car délaissée par les clients (qui préfèrent s'entasser dans le jacuzzi ou la piscine chauffée extérieure). Salle de fitness vieilissante (il faudrait penser à entretenir les machines qui rouillent du fait de la proximité avec le spa). Petit déjeuner trop répétitif (tous les jours absolument les mêmes prestations) ; manque de fruits frais (soit trop durs, soit en fin de vie, pas de bananes juste pommes, kiwis et oranges), pas de légumes, charcuterie de qualité médiocre (épaule plutôt que jambon blanc, uniquement accompagné de jambon cru), ainsi que les jus de fruits. Fromages fades. Grand parking gratuit et sécurisé. Compter 20 minutes pour rejoindre le centre ville à pied.

Breakfast is too simple

The word ‘budget’ often means basic. There was no water bottle in the room. There were no pictures on the walls. There were no coffee making facilities. At day’s end, you get what you paid for. Check in went smoothly. To access your room [and the building later at night] there is an access code. The quirky bit was a bunk bed installed perpendicular to the main bed. I am sure in the dark people have hit their head on it, forgetting it was there. Let’s say a design flaw. There is a small television, desk, chair and mirror. The bathroom is all in one room, a hair/body wash dispenser for use. The best of the room was a very comfortable bed and a not so thick duvet. Not a sound sleeper, I had a good 5 hour stretch. The wifi was generally good. It is not password protected. The breakfast was rather basic but between the breads, fruit salad, yogurt, juices and coffee making there was enough. Overall the place made for a decent stay.
