Probably the worst stay I have had in a long time. We arrived to a computer screen - which we expected as it was after 9pm but we had no code to check in. We had to buzz the help desk three times before we finally got someone who helped us and gave us a code to get in. It took over 25 minutes. The email with the code arrived at 4.25am while we were asleep !
The bathroom sink and toilet had stains and my son's bed was not the bunk in the pictures but a small sofa bed which we had to make with sheets. There was no duvet for him.
In the morning we went down at 9.40 - 10 mins after breakfast finished (which we didnt know as there had been no sign the night before) but it was all still layed out. The lady refused to let us pay for it - bad business and bad customer service. There is a very nice boulangerie serving coffee and croissants opposite Carrefour.

The hotel is ok, although there's not much in the area, but you can easily drive to Aix-les-bains.

Locationof the place is pretty ok for the sunday as not much is open but the burgerking is next door. Also the intermarche is open so u can find everything 5 min walk away. Hotels is budget but thats still perfect for price quality . The walls could b a bit thicker though.

Hôtel bien situé à Aix les bains. La personne à l’accueil était sympathique.
Intérieur vieillot, à rénover.
Problème de douche qui passe du froid au brûlant sans crier gare.
Pas de Clim donc il a fait très chaud.
Besoin de faire soi-même le lit enfant, jamais vu dans un hôtel à plus de 80€ la nuit…
Qualité de literie très moyenne.
Cela fait penser à un hôtel formule 1 vieillot, mais pas à la gamme ibis budget

J'ai annulé ce séjour peu après l'avoir réservé parce que j'avais trouvé mieux localisé ailleurs. Pourtant, je constate que j'ai quand même été prélevé du prix de la chambre. C'est une erreur. Je souhaite être remboursé.
