Beautiful hotel. Room is very bright with natural lighting and when the lights are on. I like that very much. Great services from Reception and Housekeeping staff. Got room 7 on the 3rd floor having partial pool view and balcony. Water pressure is not stable as it runs strong and not so strong continuously but that doesn’t bother me. The pool is small but charming and we enjoy our swim there. As in most hotels in Thailand, they don’t provide toothbrush set. I always bring mine. Thanks for calling a scooter to bring 2 of us the Cha-am train Station. Walking in costs more so it’s a lot better to book with Trip.com.

Good place, clean and friendly staff

It's very peaceful. My children had a lot of fun playing in the pool. The bed is very big and soft.

The accommodation is close to the beach, just cross the road and you can swim in the sea. Near Cheven, easy to find food to eat. The staff are lovely and welcoming.

The hotel is clean, beautiful, the surrounding atmosphere is good. Suitable for relaxing, easy to find food, there is a flea market, convenient, everything. Very impressed. Went to stay 2 times already 😊😊

The room is clean but a bit narrow. The parking lot is wide, convenient, and close to the beach. Overall, it's good.

Next to the sea, can walk to the sea, the restaurant next to the hotel is ok. Common rooms have expensive air conditioning fees.

The environment is elegant, but the hygiene is worrying. It is not cost-effective to spend 150 yuan to live in such an unhygienic place. There are no toothbrushes🪥disposable supplies, and there are so many hairs on the floor. I thought they were mine at first, but later I found that there were also pillows, which I didn’t have at all. Been to the bedside. Later, I used a bath towel to sleep on my bed for the rest of the night. The bathroom shower is fixed and cannot be moved, making it difficult to wash. The water heater is electric and the water is not hot enough. . . . . . . . When I got up and brushed my teeth the next morning, the water turned yellow, so I could only use mineral water instead.
