The Grand Mercure hotel is a very clean and welcoming place. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for food places and local attractions. The room was 10/10 and so were all the amenities the hotel has to offer. I really recommend you stay here for a nice relaxing time in Jakarta!!

Dave is good at this...on time, effecient and does it with a smile.... My flight from Doha landed at 21h30, after formalities exiting the airpot building....my shuttle to hotel was on standby....what more can you ask for after a 9 hour flight. Movenpick Hotel Jakarta City Center is a new Hotel (Open in June 2024). The hotel is located at Pecenongan, which has a number of legendary eatery such as Bubur Kwan Tung, Lumpia Jakarta and Martabak Pecenongan. The hotel is nice and modern with a touch of luxury. Fun Fact: The Hotel has a number of huge, hugable Teddy Bears all accross the lobby area. When staying at Movenpick Hotels, make sure NOT to miss out on the Signature Chocolate Hour, where they provide complimentary chocolate-themed sweets for the staying guests. The room at Movenpick Hotel Jakarta City Center is modern and has a warm tone. The hotel is environmentaly friendly. The Hotel Room Key is made out of wood material (instead of plastic). We booked two Superior Rooms and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Family Suite by the friendly reception staff. We liked the bright and lively vibes of the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice views. The hotel is conveniently situated next to the Harmonie Exchange Mall, with good restaurants. The breakfast spread was nice, with a wide selection of food. We really enjoyed our stay at the Yello Hotel Harmoni!

Thanks for simple decor I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the design of the hotel is quite good with a London theme, the rooms are quite clean, there is no view on the sixth floor and there is not much of a menu for breakfast but it's okay, quite satisfied, thank you for your service🫶🏻

The rooms was really comfort, I was really enjoy with the hotel facilities. I came with my family, my son was really happy and enjoy with the pool ambience. With city view, and first time in Jakarta make us really enjoy. Location close to every where, special thanks to Ibu vinna and the team very friendly.

We recently stayed at this hotel for one night and had a great experience. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from the Gambir train station, making it very convenient. The staff were exceptionally helpful and caring, even arranging a taxi pick-up for us. The room was clean, and the rate was very reasonable. Although we didn’t have a chance to try the restaurant or other facilities, the overall service and value make this hotel highly recommended.

I did not really have any time to try out the amenities. The rooms are nice, a tad small but is okay for short stays. Needs to have a upgrade in terms of TV, boiler and Minibar. The walls and floor makes the hotel seem very old despite having the Pullman name. Should really consider doing some works on the hotel. The staffs are nice and amazing but the telephonr line seems to have a lot of distortion so it was not easy to communicate well.

Good service, well located. F&B's quality can improve. Housekeeping was great, timely and consistent.
