Paradiso Pure Living Vegetarian-Vegan Hotel

This location is magical and part of the Unesco World Heritage Site. This is my first time visiting the mountains during summer and now hooked. . The views are stunning and you are literally located in the middle of the mountain so you can ski/hike from the moment you step out of the hotel. We hired electric bikes with endless exploring stopping off for Aperol Spritz at the many mountain cafes. The hotel is unique with an incredible curation of art work. My fav was the electric blue huge snails creeping up the hotel. This certainly prevented me from getting lost. The vegan food is exceptional . Daily early morning swims , yoga classes , saunas and steam room made this trip complete. The Relaxing Floating Experience is a must ! If you can play the piano then you will love the lounge too. Will 100 % be back with many more friends. Perfect Holiday ! Oh and the best vegan croissants I have EVER had !

Fabulous hotel in an impressive part of the world, full of fun outdoor activities, brilliant spa, sauna, steam rooms, pool and delicious food!!!! Love all the eclectic art, the yoga classes and the friendly staff. Will definitely go back.

This is place is unique for eat vegan and enjoy on the dolomites . Perfect location in the middles of the Mountains with so many beautiful hikes. The hotel have an amazing swimming pool and wellness area. Hot tube outside and a gym . The Staff is really nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet is incredible full and the dinner menu are so delicious . Definitely I will come back next year for longer !

We flew from Gatwick to Verona and then took a taxi to Compatsch (Albert Fill) where the hotel picked us up. You drive across a couple of ski runs on the way to the hotel which is set high up with a ski run right outside the hotel. We arrived for a late lunch of pizza outside and welcome drinks. We had two rooms. One a corner room with fabulous views up the piste and the other a suite where the girls slept in the sitting area on a double bed converted from the sofa. The rooms were spotless and well appointed. The bathroom of the suite had a walk in shower and a Japanese toilet which intimidated our seven year old. The hotel has a lovely dining area, a separate bar, a large terrace, a swimming pool, sauna, outside tub and a gym. There’s yoga but we didn’t do this. It is dog friendly and the clientele is mainly German and Italian. It is vegetarian with a five course wet meal in the evenings and a kids option. We are not vegetarians but the variety and high standard of the food meant that was never really an issue. The owner (she owns several hotels) and her sons play an active role in hosting and managing which helps to make it feel personal without being overly intimate. I am sure it is one reason why the standards are so high. Our main waitress was Ester who was Croatian and studying marine biology. She was amazing as were all the staff (the waitress studying pharmacology, the Romanian driver etc). The skiing is family friendly (ie a range of slopes and no drunk groups of out of control skiers). The instructors were great and Natasha (7) particularly liked Marco from the blue school who seemed to find her constant singing amusing. So in short we loved the hotel and would love to return. The only criticism I had was the taxi service on the way back where Albert sent a replacement car company (Marcus). The car went up to the hotel rather than meeting us in Compatsch meaning we started an hour late after he had to put snow chains on to get to the hotel. Although we were in Compatsch. This wasn’t really his fault. But tailgating cars to get them to pull over and overtaking on the inside definitely was his fault.

We had the most incredible time here. We got married on a nearby mountain and had our guests over for dinner at the hotel where the food was INCREDIBLE every single day, from breakfast to dinner it was absolutely delicious. The staff were amazing and couldn't have been more lovely and helpful. The views were out of this world, the drinks tastey, the hot tub divine. Everything was top quality and a little edgy/quirky but not pretentious, really wholesome. I want to live there! We'll be back to celebrate our anniversary again and again.

Very much a family feel - you can tell the owners really care about the place. The staff went out of their way to make our stay special. The room we stayed in was beautiful, and the breakfast and dinners were great - brilliant to have a different 5 course menu each night!

Our experience was great, from the room to the food. Every day we had the chance to experience fantastic and tasty Vegeterian dishes, cooked with attention and fantasy. The location is really a paradise, on the ski slopes, and from the window of our room we saw incredible dawns. The staff, from the Restaurant to the Hotel's, pay attention on every single thing and are really enjoyable people. We spent a wonderful week in Paradiso and for sure we will be back there next year with our family!

I stay in hotels sometimes 50 nights a year, and have been lucky to stay in very, very nice hotels over the world, including so-called 6-star palaces. The Paradiso is up there with the best, and in one respect better. The "better" is the fact that it's a vegetarian hotel. In 2023, most hotels and restaurants, including super high-end ones, still think of vegetarians as people who are happy to be served the vegetables usually slapped on the side of other dishes. If you love the mountains, it's even more difficult to find vegetarian cuisine, due to the insistance on meat in those regions. The Paradiso is THE place to go if you're a vegetarian or even vegan. The cuisine is inventive, fresh, creative, beautiful. You won't go to bed hungry or furious. Even if you're not a vegetarian, the Paradiso is the place to go if you want fantastic and friendly staff who will make you feel at home and cater to your every need, if you like comfortable and super quiet rooms, free yoga classes twice a day, and an absolutely stunning landscape. This is honestly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. It is the result of the owners' vision and of a lot of hard work by everybody involved. Congratulations all. I'm racking my brain to find something to criticize and can only come up with one: the pillows are a bit soft. Also, hard-core contemporary art lovers might find the art on display there not quite what it should be, but it's a hotel, not a modern art-foundation. The ceramics are much more successful. In any case, I'm not exaggerating by saying that if your priorities align with what the Paradiso offers (i.e, if you don't need a concierge to go buy you a Cartier watch in the middle of the night or room service at 3 AM), this is one of the best hotels you can stay at in the world, regardless of price.

Paradiso Pure Living is a true gem in the midst of unbelievably gorgeous natural surroundings—the Dolomites. The area is a nature lovers’ and photographers’ delight, but can also be a bit difficult for those that maintain a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle. Paradiso is a first class hotel that offers a full service experience from start to finish. The staff pays attention to every detail of your stay, starting with interviewing you upon arrival to understand your dietary preferences and intentions as to your itinerary during your stay. A buffet breakfast and full five course dinner are provided everyday with your room fee. And lunch can be purchased in the restaurant on site or packed for you upon request to take out with you on your hikes or whatever you have planned for the day. The rooms are clean, modern, and spacious, and the balconies overlook the gorgeous surroundings and mountains. The hotel is also full of unique modern art. The owner, Alex, and his brother, go out if their way to make you feel welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel and know that I will be back.
