But after entering the room, I kept seeing disgusting unknown hairs on the bed and bathroom floor. The slippers brought by the waiter were also stained. The room phone was also malfunctioning... I finally got through the phone and went to the front desk to ask for a room change. The person on night shift was on duty. The management staff came to the room and brought a new room card, apologized repeatedly, and gave us two free breakfasts. The new room was very satisfactory. Although we didn't eat breakfast, the front desk staff apologized again and gave us cookies when we left. Although there were some flaws during this stay, the way the hotel staff handled it was still very heartwarming and satisfying. Big points for the hotel!
