Amansari Hotel was wonderful! The rooms were comfy, and the staff was super friendly. Great location too, close to everything. The breakfast was tasty, and they made us feel really welcome. Awesome stay for a good price!

Hotel looks quite new. Rooms nice. Ac a bit noisy. Breakfast is minimalistic but adequate. Open carpark. Will come again

The staff were all friendly. The room was simple but clean. The air conditioning was a bit weak. It's a bit far from the city center, but it's convenient to Legoland.

Room was average. TV keeps hanging, wifi was not stable and the toilet bowl waa dirty when we check in. A room change was conducted there after. Service was good with request met. Housekeeping should have checked prior to checking a guest in.

A bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel.
The front desk reception area was a bit dark and not welcoming. Maybe we arrived very late. The receptionist was not very energetic and helpful.
The air condition in the room made it very very difficult to sleep. Did not sleep well.
The room was not as clean as expected.

Room was not sound proof I could hear loud conversations outside our room at 4am! TV were not functioning. Ironing outside room. Room also not so clean.

The wifi is not working at all. Called the reception and nothing was done. Too bad not much hotel left within our budget that why booked this hotel. Feel itchy after sleeping on the bed. The toliet bowl seat cover are permanently stained, dirty... The fridge smelled badly. The sofa bed has many stained and 3 of us got to squeeze in the only queen bed available.. Won't consider to stay there again.

We checked in late in the night. Surprisingly, there wasn't a single bath or face towel. We could feel the dampness in the room and the aircon was loud.
