The room is large and the bedrooms are fine, the only good with the location, views and the friendly staff. We went to Santa Week and the beds were dressed only with a sofa and a bed, we had a coat for the two beds we share because it was cold, we could have asked another, but we were so dressed. The box was dirty, with residues of mega in a box and dry fruit in another area, we complained at reception and they went up to clean it, putting as an excuse that there was a new girl for cleaning. The bathroom window was not closed well, was cold for shower****. The glasses of the window and the terrace were unclean, the curtains were “coated” with a hairdryer and not very clean. The wifi signal was not reached the room.
