There was a minor hiccup during check-in, as the room type I originally booked wasn't available. However, both the hotel and Ctrip customer service were very proactive in resolving the issue. Every staff member was incredibly kind, always greeting us with a smile when we returned to the hotel each day. The breakfast was plentiful and of high quality. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Old Egyptian Museum, offering a quiet retreat in a bustling area.

This was our honeymoon trip, and the overall experience was incredibly delightful. The hotel, upon learning it was our honeymoon, thoughtfully presented us with a sweet cake, adding a wonderful touch of ceremony. All the staff members were very warm and polite, always greeting us proactively. There's a shuttle bus service to the Grand Egyptian Museum across the street, which was very considerate and convenient. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, with excellent hygiene. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and the omelette was particularly delicious. The hotel boasts stunning views with an expansive vista, creating a perfect holiday atmosphere. It's highly suitable for a vacation, and my overall stay was very pleasant. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back given the chance.
