Place is decent for the price, however the location to travel out to other areas abit of walking distance. Customer service can be improved by using better language used.

The floor carpet was too old, dirty, and the room had a moldy smell so I couldn't sleep. Avoid this hotel.

I stayed here for one night after going to the Busan Marathon with my friends. It was clean and the location was good, so I want to go again next time! The ocean view was great and the condition was great! The bed was soft, so I had a good night's sleep~

The photos of rooms without sea views seen on trip.com are completely different from the actual ones!!!!! The room is very dark, the hygiene is very poor, and the bathroom smells a bit! And it's not very safe. The elevator is outside the hotel lobby. You can ride without swiping your room card. The advantage of this hotel is that it is close to Gwangalli Beach.

The reason I chose this hotel is that the hot springs are included in the Busan Pass. You can soak in the hot springs while looking at the sea. The room was nothing special because I chose a room without a view. But the breakfast location has a surprise. It feels very therapeutic to have breakfast while looking at a sea view.

The staff's service was good, but the building itself is under remodeling. I don't know if there were any problems in the places where remodeling was done, but in the places where remodeling wasn't done, it seems like no one stayed there for several days. I took the picture as soon as I entered, so it looks good. I have no intention of visiting again.

Great location but when we entered we saw a very dirty room. The bathroom smelled like sewage; the two bathrooms were very dirty, then the curtains were unclear and there were some marks on the ottoman by the window. Also, the trash in the toilet room was not completely removed. And in another room of a friend, there was a painting in the mirror in the bathroom, which upset the stay in this establishment.
