I recently stayed 3 nights at the Grand Josun during the Thanksgiving Holidays. Overall it’s a nice hotel with a good location and great (small) pool (when not busy). Unfortunately a lot of small flaws makes me not recommend the Hotel. Consider everything else to be good to great, here are the caveats you should consider when booking this Hotel. 1) There are only 3 Check-in counters and 3 elevators which both make you que during busy times 2) The shower is located in the bathtub with not enough protection, so the floor gets flooded very easily. 3) The window jalousie from the bathroom towards the main room is very see-through, so your partner can easily see you in the shower or even partly on the toilet. 4) The TV is a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube but everything is in Korean (which is acceptable) but there is also no way (that I found out) to mirror your laptop, the HDMI connector in the wall also doesn’t work. Also you have to pay extra to view basic foreign channels.

We loved our stay at Paradise Hotel. Our room had a beautiful ocean view and balcony. It was clean and had toiletries, robes, slippers, coffee, tea, and a mini fridge bar. The temperature was easy to control and adjust to our liking. The outdoor spa, also with an ocean view, was free with our room and the pools with water from local hot springs were clean, relaxing, and beautiful. The breakfast buffet, though pricey, was the best we’ve ever had with both western and eastern cuisines (and again, that beautiful view of the beach!). The staff was very professional, welcoming, and kind.

Everything about the hotel was good but unfortunately, my business schedule was badly impacted because Trip.com super last minute informed me that out of the 4 nights I had pre-book and prepaid, only 2 nights were available. They have to transfer me to another hotel for the remaining 2 nights. I have to check out by 12 noon and can't check in at the other hotel till 3pm.

I have been to many hotels in Busan, but I am very satisfied with this hotel. The swimming pool and outdoor pool were warm and the friendliness of the staff was different from other hotels. I felt very grateful that they tried to do their best when I requested things like adjusting the kids lounge use time or vehicle departure time. And since I have a child, I was a bit concerned about walking around barefoot on the carpet, but was there a turndown service while I was away? Thank you for taking off your slippers and laying them out on the carpet so that you can comfortably replace them. Thank you for checking carefully to see if anything was lacking. Above all, the use of the guest-only lounge bar was great. I think it will remain a very good memory. Thank you. I was very impressed by the consideration given from the user's perspective. Thank you.

During my trip in south korea, I stayed in 3 city and 4 five stars hotels. I think Park Hyatt Busan is the best among them. The Park Hyatt Busan service is perfect and very considerate with the guests' need. Their food are great and their service team is the best among the others five stars hotels where I stayed during my last trip in south korea. The Park Hyatt Staff found that I lost my voice due to the continuous coughing so that they prepared some ginger tea for me. My room's view is also perfect (photos attached). I have a direct view to the bridge and marina. The most important thing is their staff speak perfect English and do the check in/out process efficiently. Their foods are also great (I've tried 3 in room dining menu). Compare to the other 5 star hotels that I stayed in South Korea, I think Park Hyatt Busan has the best price to value score. The downside is just it's location. It's not really a walking distance to the crowd center in Busan. I was good with that since i really enjoyed my room and didn't really want to leave it. If you go to Busan, you really really need to stay in this hotel and book the room with the bridge and marina view.

You have to walk about 20 minutes from Gwangalli. Other than the location, there wasn't much to regret! I had a reservation for 7 people, and there was free parking for one car per room. Please note that an additional fee of 10,000 won will be charged otherwise. When I told him that I was sorry about cleaning the floor, he said he was kind. He said he pushed the vacuum cleaner.

The location is great right in front of Haeundae Station and at the end of the ***** from the Haeundae Beach. It was easy to take both bus and train. The convenience store is located at the bottom of the hotel. There are many cafes, restaurants and arcades located nearby. As for the room, I wished the water pressure to be stronger, but, the shower was overall fine despite not having a bath tub and being somewhat small. The city view from the room was very nice for city view. The hallway got a little loud at night, but, the hotel warned me when I checked in. The hotel lobby was nice and clean. The hotel kept our luggage after checkout. Some cons for this hotel is that the elevators get crowded in the morning that it took me a while until I could get on it. A guest needs to bring a plug converter as there is no USB charging port. However overall, it was a nice hotel to stay at.

As a female solo traveler, I felt really safe in that space, it is really near the Haeundae metro station (It took me 2 minutes to get there from the hotel). Also, everything was clean and tidy-up. I recommend this place, is convenient to travel around, the host is super nice and the breakfast was good. Para mi gente latina, este espacio se los recomiendo, todo está super organizado, hay bastante seguridad con camaras y el host siempre está super atento de que estés lo más cómoda posible. También, las personas que se quedaron en aquel hostal, por el mismo tiempo que yo, también eran super amables y respetuosas. Existe poca privacidad, ya que se comparte habitación, pero por el precio, para aquellos que nuestro presupuesto no es mucho, es más que fantástico. Además, las camas tienen cortinas, que para dormir las puedes cerrar así tener un poquito más de privacidad. La conectividad es genial, ya que el metro se encuentra a pocos minutos, y la playa también. El sector de Haeundae, de por sí es un sector muy vivo por las noches, ya que hay pubs, clubes, cafeterias 24 horas y tiendas de conveniencia. Por lo cual, si eres un viajero, que busca también divertirse un poco, este espacio es ideal.

The room was spacious and individual heating, so it was very warm and comfortable. The overall remodeling made it clean and bright, but it felt like an old building. Breakfast is available, and if you go out, there are many restaurants within 5 minutes, so you don't have to worry about eating. Whale sashimi cake and miryang pork soup restaurant are famous enough to have to line up from early in the morning. It takes less than 10 minutes to reach Haeundae Beach, and the snacks you can taste at the surrounding market were also delicious. Above all, there were a lot of busking performances in the evening, so I was able to accumulate so good memories with the night view. The boss of the hotel was very kind and helped me in many ways, and the shower in the bathroom had a wide water pressure, but the water pressure in the sink was rather weak. Overall, the room and bathroom are spacious, clean and warm. The soundproofing was good, so I was able to stay quiet. There are many parking lots and there are many amenities around, so it is a place I want to visit again next time.

I went downstairs to another hotel, but was told that there was a fire and I couldn't stay. I found this hotel temporarily because the price was right and it was nearby. In the end, I was very pleasantly surprised. First of all, the location is very good, in the middle of the pedestrian street, very close to the subway station and the beach Secondly, the room is very large, a bit like a small suite, with a kitchen and a small sofa, and a balcony with a half sea view! In the end, the front desk service attitude was very good, which was in sharp contrast to the hotel that was flooded before. The hotel is very close to Haeundae Beach. Across the street is the subway exit. There is an underground parking lot. It is very convenient to take the subway or drive there. It is very convenient to eat and shop around. The high-rise building I live in has a good view, but the facilities are a bit lacking. It's 1980s, and the button on the smart toilet where I live is malfunctioning.
