The younger brother at the front desk was very polite and nice. Breakfast is good, although there are not many varieties.
The room is not big, expected. After all, the price is OK.
There are too few charging sockets, this is not expected.
The room is on the 4th floor, but after entering the front desk, you have to go to the next floor and then go to the fourth floor. It is 10 floors back and forth.
Although the hotel said sorry, the elevator was not repaired and it was really too painful. The family is old, 10 floors back and forth, climbing two or three times, too tired.
It is recommended to ask the hotel elevator before booking.

The plus: Very friendly staff, noce size bed and pillows, coffee/tea kettle, welcome chocolates/cookies. Free coffee/water on the lobby. Right on ”the ring” where there's a lot of commerce, despite being a bit far from city center. The minus: Furniture and electric appliances need updating and needs proper cleaning. One day we had no room cleaned even though we left it signalized. Very poor TV service.

Because hotels around the electronic music festival have a lot of premiums, this is the most cost-effective hotel nearby. The room is new, and there are no reviews online. It is considered a blind box, and I was afraid of making mistakes. The result is much better than expected, and the price/performance ratio is excellent. I arrived at the hotel early. I couldn't get up early. They said it had to be at 3 o'clock, so I had breakfast on the first floor of the hotel. It cost 9 euros and the taste was okay. Later, I went out for a walk, and when I came back here, I checked in at around 2 o'clock. There is a 24-hour Carrefour next to it, which is very convenient. I brought two packs of instant noodles from China, but I was worried that there would be no containers. It turns out there is a lounge on the -1st floor of the hotel, including a microwave, hot water and coffee machine, which is very convenient. You can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out

The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel has a beautiful environment and a variety of breakfast options. It is very close to the airport and only takes about 20 minutes to enter the city. It is very convenient. Overall, it is worth recommending.

Back in Brussels for the weekend, my partner comes regularly for work so we opted for this hotel as much cheaper than options in the tourist areas. Was pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was, clean and modern in the lobby with a bar (that was always deserted). We'd booked a King Deluxe Room and the friendly guy kept referring to it as a 'suite' - whether we'd been moved up a level I don't know, but the room was huge - and recently refurbished. Our room was located in the further section of the hotel, down a corridor. The hotel was quiet and we slept well, the room had a full kitchen, even with a dishwasher. The only negatives were not enough plug sockets and the toilet was by the door, the rest of the bathroom was around the other side, my partner who works and stays in Belgium regularly advised this is becoming more of the norm but was the first time I had experienced it, and a bit annoying in the night when you're full of belgian beer... Hotel isn't located in the most picturesque area but never felt unsafe, you experience more unsavoury characters around Brussels Midi Station. Very close to the Saint Gilles Square where the eateries and bars were bustling, this is more of a local area but everyone is welcome, and food and drinks are half the price of the area around Grand Place. Close to a metro station to visit the rest of the city, and you can walk to Midi station in around 10-15 minutes (note that this walk towards the hotel is slightly uphill)!

We were there during four nights. Cheap prices to be located in the heart of Brussels ( just 5 minutes away from City Center) close to restaurants and train station. Easyly located on Google Maps. Wifi and an other amenities provided. The room was very tidy and clean with a very confortable bed. 0 noisy, and the space it's ok for two people. Staff was so kind and polite, specially the Spanish guy. It's a low cost hotel but feels like 4 star by far. During your stay you have a right to one-room cleaning service, otherwise you have to pay 15 euros so be smart and ask for that service in the middle of your stay. 2 hour hair-dryer free service and vending machine at main floor. I would highly recommend this hotel so far. Our next trip around Europe will be in EasyHotel

I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked in, I knew I had made a terrible mistake. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The carpets were stained, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, and there was a strange, unpleasant odor that lingered throughout my entire stay. The AC was not working. I left the hotel and asked for refund. I was told it will take up to 7 days and then declined to refund!!!!!!!

Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting someone in Brussels. The hotel is only a few stops on the tram from Central Station or 10 mins in a taxi. The rooms are basic but adequate for a city break. My room had a narrow balcony so just be wary if you're travelling with young children. There was no noise at night. Breakfast was also fairly basic, really just a continental selection of cereals and pastries. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is an ideal option to consider if travelling to Brussels and just need someone to put your head down for the night.
Holiday Inn Brussels Airport is five minutes from Brussels Airport, easily accessible via the E40 and E19 motorways and just a 15-minute train ride away from Brussels’ history, culture and cobbles via Diegem station. NATO Headquarters, Toyota, Honeywell, 3M, and EY offices are closeby. We’re big on convenience, offering express check-in kiosks, 24-hour room service, a grab-and-go Wundermart supermarket and a range of online payment options. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, our brand new fitness suite and our atmospheric restaurant/bar, as well as extraordinary pop-up events throughout the year. Our 310 new stylish, contemporary standard, standard twin, executive and premium rooms were recently refurbished by Doos Architects, Stockholm. And alongside all the basics you’d expect, there are some not-so-little extras: oversized towels, quirky decorative twists and coffee and tea facilities. We also have 18 vibrant, fully-equipped meeting rooms, bespoke set-ups and extensive banqueting options. Got a request to help make your meeting extra memorable? Just ask.

In my experience hotels such as the Holiday Inn Airport Brussels are few and far between. They were prompt, efficient, had answers to all our questions, and catered to our whims. The lobby/main floor caters to the comforts of their guests with a lounge area, bar area, restaurant area, and an outdoor area. The breakfast and dinner was superb (I had the salmon for dinner). Perhaps an improvement could be made to the three slight level differences in the room as it would be safer for those who are a bit wobbly on their feet.
Novotel Wavre Brussels East provides 102 modern, comfortable rooms in natural surroundings with free private outdoor parking. Six conference rooms for up to 120 people and all kinds of meetings and events are available. Our Resto Bar offers excellent international cuisine and the bar enables you to enjoy a refreshing drink with a selection of Belgian beers in a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel has an outside swimming pool with a beautiful terrace.

The hotel is very good and very good quality when it comes to a novel.
The very modern room, the litter is perfect, a beautiful and modern bathroom, only a small bemol, the rest of the old occupants soap.
Very large television with a lot of French-speaking chain.
Heating nothing to signal, a little too noisy yet.

Excellent
GGuest UserStayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.
GGuest UserLocation is great, in the middle of the city and walking distance to two metro stops, one of them is Sait Catherine. A lot of options to eat and drink around the area. Great location for young people. Hotel is business hotel with minimum facilities. But it is absolutely clean and modern, including very useful USB charger points even right next to the bed on both sides of the the bed. And the room (3rd floor) is quite small. The room I got was facing courtyard so, not much of a view. So, do not expect a great view as the hotel is in the middle of many other buildings. And the air conditioning was working well! When check-in the staff I met, Roberto and Haward, were very friendly, professional and efficient. As I arrived quite early, they did their best to get me a room earlier than usual check-in time. They were courteous and helpful. So, thanks to both of them. On the contrary, other younger staff (looked like interns/new staff, has much to learn from persons like Haward and Roberto. Suggestions: it would have been nice if there were a couple of drinking water bottles, a standard in many such business hotels. Especially, the price of the room was not that cheap, we paid about 180Euro per room per night.
WWarawutThe location is great! Cleanliness still needs to be paid attention to. There were long women's hair in the room! (We are two men with short hair) Coffee capsule was not refilled!
GGuest UserThe hotel was very nice; the staff was friendly and always very helpful. But the location was AWESOME! The hotel is right in the middle of everything. If I have the opportunity to go back to Brussels, I will definitely be staying there again.
区区1. The location is very good, very close to the Grand Plaza! Within 5 minutes walk from Brussels Central Station, you can see the arched gallery gallery next to the ibis, and the small entrance to the left hand side is the hotel entrance. 2. Although the breakfast is simple but it is good to eat, strictly check in at 15 o'clock, you can store your luggage first. The front desk staff was not very enthusiastic, but the attitude was good. 3. The room is dry and wet. This is very convenient, but it may be that the room is just in the side street (not in the arcade). It feels that the bathroom is as big as the room, and the sense of space is not particularly large. 4. During my stay with my friends, there is no elevator service on the second floor. If the room is arranged on the second floor, I have to take the luggage upstairs from the back stairs of the fire escape. For the guests with big luggage, I feel It's amazing! Of course you can ask the staff for help.
WWill JiHotels in Europe are generally not big, and the rooms are more compact, but the bedding is still good, a bit old-fashioned, but it is also unique, the location is good, and it is convenient to go anywhere in the central location
TtheothermrqualitySenior reviewer Lmira1971 wrote a strongly worded review earlier this month. I would not use such strong words but I understand her reactions. Short: good staff, good location and a strong concept. Expectations would though be set right if downgraded to three stars for a short time whilst necessary repairs and maintenance is undertaken. Longer assessment: 1. Cleanliness and state: A hotel room can keep between 3 to 10 years subject to location and who you ask (carpenters like to say 3 to 5 years, hotel owners aim for 7 to 10). This hotel has operated 6 years. Make shift repairs are visible, wear and tear on faucets, beds and other furniture is evident. As part of uplift I would advise to look for quality doors, fodder, walling and window materials. Current is thin and dents are far too easily visible. Housekeeping tooling and checklists should be reviewed to raise cleanliness and reduce bump-tear. 2. Location: Close to central station and tourist amenities is a plus. The neighborhood is though under evolution with several major construction sites. One right out the window. 3. Service: Evening reception smoking at the sidewalk was not four stars. However, this was saved by the diplomatic, respectful and attentive morning staff. Not to mention local hotel management who engaged politely and to everyone's best. 4. Value: Breakfast buffet is average in size and of good quality. I could even notice a waffle iron which is a nice touch. Nearby hotels - e.g. Hygge, Mercure and Marriot - advertise at the same or lower prices this month with less torn facilities (July 2024).
GGuest UserA warm and very clean no-frills hotel close to the centre of Bruges. Great location close to many restaurants and a short walk from the main square. Friendly helpful staff. Basic room layout, plastic sinks etc. but clean and warm. Nice bar and breakfast option. Parking in adjacent underground public car park, with lift access to hotel courtyard. A good city centre option for a short stay.
GGuest UserWould highly recommend this hotel. Stayed 3 nights with breakfast included. Central location , walking distance to Brussels Central, large selection of restaurants & shopping district. Hotel spotless, breakfast very adequate, staff very friendly & welcoming from check in, to dining, to the cleaning staff. Credit to all the staff. If I was to pick a flaw, it would be to upgrade carpets in room, but it's a minor thing to complain about.
GGuest UserI stayed recently with my family and feel the hotel suited our needs. The room was one of the largest ones I have had in a hotel so there was plenty of room for us all. Cleanliness wise it was good. The bathroom seemed a bit old and could probably do with a bit of a refresh but apart from that it was all okay. We had an issue with our window not closing and someone was up within 5 mins to fix it which was great. We also had someone come up on another day to check everything was okay we reported a couple of broken light bulbs which again were changed very quickly. The staff were generally quite friendly apart from the reception staff who didn't really acknowledge you but the rest of them were fine. The breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. The hotel is in a bit of a run down area near the main train station but we never had any issues. I would suggest if you don't feel comfortable staying near a busy train station then you should maybe look elsewhere as the hotel can't be held responsible for the area they are in. Its a 20 min walk to the centre of Brussels so again something to be aware off. If I was returning to Brussels I would probably stay somewhere a bit closer to the centre but we did enjoy our stay here.
