This hotel gets bonus points for being inexpensive and very close to Brussel's hot spot. It was easy for me to come and go without worrying about buying chocolate and carrying it around with me all day. The Grand Palace is not even two minutes away and there's no shortage of nearby spots for beer, fries, waffles and chocolate. The only odd thing is you have to drop off your key at the front desk whenever you leave, but someone's working 24 hours per day and it's not a major issue. I traveled alone and was satisfied with my room, which had one bed and its own bathroom. My window faced an alley in the back, but that's fine since the alternative would've exposed me to noise from the main area.
