great experience in Gold Coast, they could arrange early check in for us

Excellent location and view. Room rent already showed the values. The swimming pool was closed without notice for 2 days. This hotel is too big. There’s no service at all. Requested house keeping but no body came. We needed to clean up our garbage every night.

Luxurious hotel, amazing views and facilities on lvl 20. Check in was quick and easy.

We absolutely loved our apar**ent and stay at The Star Residences, it is an awesome addition to The Star hotel and we look forward to staying there again.

The room was pretty good, but the drain hole in the bathroom was blocked and flooded within 2 minutes. Both the master bedroom bathroom and the public bathroom were flooded. But the location is convenient. There is a depar**ent store next to ** and a 5-minute walk away.

The location is a bit far from the beach, but the facilities are clean. Considering the view, price, location, and facilities, it's well worth the stay. really good

The room is not big but it is great. There is a restaurant downstairs. The only drawback is that the parking lot is so big that it is difficult to find a seat. Will come back again! The view is great, the swimming pool is great, a little far from the beach

100 points experience. We were very lucky to be able to check-in early. The room was very big and new. The front desk arranged the 40th floor, and it was the first time I felt condescending.

Nice view, room too small

The location of the hotel is very convenient, there is a restaurant downstairs, next to the Pacific Shopping Center, a few minutes' drive, across the road is the broad beach, and there are two children's parks

The hotel has a good view

Disappointed with the property. I booked a 2-bedroom unit and it was the smallest 2-bedroom I have ever seen. The floor was dusty. The car park had no clear signage. It was hard to find the exit. And, every time we got out of the car park, we had to buzz because the system failed to scan our number plate. Definitely, not going back there.

Beautiful views from our room. Plenty of space. Loved the pool. Great location, easy walk to Pacific Fair and the beach. Plenty of great cafes and restaurants. Staff very friendly.
