Titanic it was my dream, and finely I’m here. Very good, helpful and friendly stuff. Very delicious food and drinks. And a lot different activities here: paddle board, amazing trainer Rustem, friendly, and I would like say about Anna, trainer of aqua circle. And very beautiful beach here, white desert and very blue sea. Big and comfortable room. Everything are amazing here ❤️

Orhan and Melis provided exceptional assistance during our stay, going above and beyond to help us with various issues while traveling with a baby. They saved the day by quickly finding an antibiotic for our baby and were always reliable, responsive, and efficient. Their level of service sets a high standard, and I wish all hotels had guest assistance like Orhan and Melis. Highly recommended!

As mentioned in the title, by far this was the best hotel experience i’ve ever had. Friendly staff and excellent communication. Furkan was my assistant and he was the star of my stay. As i had a busy schedule at work, he made sure to fulfil my requirements on time. I highly recommend you ask for Furkan to be your assistant once you book the hotel. As for the hotel it has a breathtaking view and many restaurants with different type of cuisine. It’s suitable for kids of all ages and can’t wait to book our family vacation there.

The location of the hotel is very good. The sea is clean, there are water sports you can join when you want. The public pool is large and clean, and there is also the possibility to enter its own pool from the rooms. The food is delicious, the cocktails are good. The staff is very attentive. It is impossible to get bored in the hotel with evening entertainment. I recommend it to everyone.

We stayed for 11 nights during May and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the resort was. We have been very lucky to have stayed in some of the best luxury all inclusives worldwide {Excellence Resorts} and this hotel is probably the best in Europe that I have stayed in. This is not a cheap resort to stay in and that is reflected in the standard of the resort and the food and drink all of which is a high standard especially the drink where this is the only hotel I have been to where all beers and mixers are bottled, although I do think that with the high cost of staying here all the al la carťe restaurants should be included in price just like they are in some of the other resorts we have stayed in, in this price range. 3 of the al la carťe incur a surcharge although no more than 30 euros it's the principal considering the cost to stay here. Another thing I didn't like was the amount of cats roaming especially when you are in the a la carťe restaurants jumping on seats and walls next to you while you are trying to eat and the staff just ignoring them. Although the hotel is built upwards into the rock face everything has been well thought out it's even disabled friendly with lifts, buggy and escalators to get you about. As soon as you check in you get a personal assistant where anything you need has to go through them. We had an issue twice when we arranged a meeting and they never turned up. We had a basic room which was fine and always cleaned it lacked a bit of a wow and never looked like it did on the website and in my opinion could have done with a bit of a makeover. On the subject of the room it's advertised as Bvlgari toiletries and a beach bag.....not in my room was there any. The turndown service was a waste of time coming at 6 o'clock every evening when we was getting showered. The entertainment was a bit of a let down knowing how good it can be in Turkey with only 5 nights out of 7 did they have a show on at the main stage and that only lasted between 30 - 40 minutes and that gets repeated for the 2nd week. Then when that finishes you might as well be in a nightclub in Ibiza on the beach. This hotel has an international clientele and people of all age groups and I don't think that is catered for in the entertainment area. We found the 16+ area at the end of the beach for a bit of piece quite otherwise at 4 o'clock on the beach the disco starts for 2 hours. I emailed the hotel before arrival and notified them it's a 70th birthday present for my wife and they said they would take good care of us.......nothing. This hotel is pretty remote for getting out and about and expect to pay £20 + one way to Bodrum. All in all a very modern and well laid out resort and I can understand why people give it 5 stars, but we have a lot to compare it to and given some of points I have made give it 4*.

Great stay on our 1st visit, already booked for next year again before we leave. Special mention for Koray the Irish bar waiter, great friendly service. Food & drink is all good and lots of choices. Pascarrella Italian is worth a mention, lovely experience.

Güzel Enerjisiyle , profesyonel iş yönetimiyle , güzel sohbetiyle otelde bize çok moral oldu kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. Biz diğer restorant ve barlarda ve ilk karşılamada ilgi ve alaka göremedik. Yunan restoranı vasattı mezeler berbattı yemekler çok kötüydü ayrıca personeli yoğun olduklarını söyleyip asla ilgilenmediler masadan kalkıp gitmek istediğimizi söylediğimizde kimse telafi etmek istemedi ve umursamadan bizi gönderdiler. Temizlik konusunda sınıfta kaldılar. Beklentileriniz yüksekse karşılamayabilir.

Just spent a fantastic week at this hotel. The hotel is immaculate the food and restaurants are first class and the staff are all very friendly. I would like to give the waiter called Koray at the Irish bar a special mention. As well as having a great sense of humour, he’s polite, friendly and very efficient and is a credit to this hotel. After the first couple of days we fell in love with the place and along with friends we have already rebooked for next year.

Our 2nd time at this hotel, it's fabulous!!! nothing is to much trouble amazing staff shout out to volcan at the barista who gave amazing service. We loved the beach, the loungers are good quality and spaced well, fab service from Mustafa on the limencello beach bar who went above and beyond for us. It was lovely that some staff remembered us from last year and had a catch up with the beverage manager umit. You are all so warm and friendly and very welcoming. We carnt wait to return next year as this is our happy place and makes it worth while working all year to come back.
