Norton Motel

The accommodation was modern, immaculately clean, and provided a high level of comfort. The cleaning staff excelled, delivering service that surpassed expectations. Overall, the experience was positive. However, it would have been beneficial to be informed in advance that the check-in office is located offsite, requiring approximately a 4 minute drive from the main premises. This information would have streamlined the arrival process.

Be aware that this isn't actually a motel. It is a private apartment own by a motel group. You have to travel to Ashwood Motel to check-in, which I would have liked to know beforehand. The room itself it quite nice, clean, spacious, new and modern. It also came with a bit of milk and biscuits, etc. That I thought was a nice touch. I'd be happy to stay again and recommend you do to.

Brand new property. Nicely furnished. Comfortable bed and shower. My only drawback with checking in at another hotel property which I thought was strange. I would stay here again and I would recommend this property.

The room was clean.The only thing wrong was the TV. We couldnt even get the free channels like tv1,2,3. This seems like a basic you would expect.

New facilities., comfortable stay. Only grouse was a very noisy ventilator fan in bathroom especislly at night. Sohad to forgo seitching on bathroom light as the noise would disturb sleeping guest.

A nice new modern motel to stay. A little strange that you have to check in at another motel which is not exactly close by and there isn’t anyone on site should you need extra towels or have any questions about the local area etc. However other than that I would certainly stay here again. It’s very new and modern and clean and close to the city centre.

Never again! The property isnt as depicted online. To check in I had to go to another motel on the opposite side of the city. Then the man at that motel wanted another $100 cash before he'd process the check-in. This seemed very dodgy. I had already paid in full via wot-if. I offered a credit card 'hold' but he insisted on cash. There was a clear attempt to rip me off. He backed down when I said I'd have to report him. In the room, the pictures shown online are not accurate, the TV was broken, surfaces were dirty, loud road noise on busy road. This property is in an undesirable part of town and we felt quite unsafe. There are many other good properties to select from on wot-it. Will never stay at this one again.
