We booked a room for 2 adults and a child and it did not have a bed for the child. We slept very badly and we told the reception but they did nothing. The air conditioning makes a lot of noise at night. The bathroom door didn't close. In the bathroom there was only shampoo and gel. It doesn't look like a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is very quiet and convenient during the day and night. If you walk straight to the left for 15 minutes, you will find a large Carrefour supermarket with everything you need. The hotel's breakfast is very rich. The sculpture in the hotel, guess whether it is a π or a yuan, or something else? What I saw is the unity of man and nature. This is the fourth visit to this hotel so it cannot be all bad. Out of the centre of Madrid and on the opposite side of Madrid from the airport. The taxi is around 60 euro or you can take the train and the tram which takes about an hour door to door. The rooms are of a good size. Better than if you where in the city. Beds are great. Shower OK but some of the other fixtures look a little worn-out. Has a fridge and a safe. Breakfast is a bit if a let down. OK but not great. But most of Spain is like that. They are more about the middle of the day meal.
