I have paid 2250+ for one day stay .. when I entered the room there were cockroaches on the bed ,there were more than20 cockroaches bilow the mattress, towel was wet which means it was not changed telephone was not working. When I complaint about cockroaches receptionist said it ia a technical issue we can't do anything in that .. I ask for changing the room they refuse .. the I decide to checkout and ask for half payment they refuse and did not co-operate .. I had to leave the hotel at late night because of hygiene issue ... Very un hygienic place to visit ...

Not good. The staff there is pathetic especially Mr. Tabrej Alam. He is insensitive to customer's de***ds. Moreover the hotel staff steals things from your room. Terrible experience. Do not recommend at all. Hopeless service hopeless person Tabrej Alam
