The room has enough space to hang clothes and is generally clean. The only downside is that the bathroom door cannot be closed. There is no refrigerator and water provided, which is a little inconvenient. The front desk was polite and willing to provide environmentally friendly tableware.

The hotel is quite close to the city center, and taking the subway is very convenient. The parking garage is located at the back; be aware that there's a sharp turn that might challenge some drivers. Also, the 12th floor of the parking garage corresponds to the 4th floor of the hotel, and you have to go around to reach the front desk. The room was excellent, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. The elevators display peak times, so I recommend using them during off-peak hours. Very good!

Service: The front desk staff were warm and friendly. Cleanliness: The room was quite clean, and the facilities felt relatively new. Location: The hotel is close to the subway station and a commercial area, making it very convenient for getting around.

Repeat stay whenever I am in Berlin for work. Great location - supermarket, eateries for all budgets, and lux mall all just a short walk away. Broken church is 10min away on foot, bus 100 and subway station close by too. Room is clean and practical, albeit small, and breakfast spread is quite generous.

I feel loved by many people. The room is very big, especially the toilet. It is very clean. The shower room is also very large. It is convenient for washing your hair. There is a free coffee machine available from 1 to 9 pm.

Leider hatte das Quentin Design nicht das gebuchte Zimmer zur Verfügung. Nach kurzer Rücksprache mit der Rezeption wurde mir geholfen und ich wurde im Quentin XL untergebracht. Zwar nicht nebenan aber eine sehr gute Alternative. Dort buche ich das nächste Mal gleich. Die Beschreibung des anderen Hotels sollte angepasst werden. Sehr nettes hilfreiches Personal.

I'm a frequent guest at this hotel and, as usual, it didn't disappoint. The only thing missing for a perfect stay is the spa, which has been under renovation for some time now.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked this hotel. On average the reviews were ok, but there were some that had me a bit worried. However after staying here I can definitely say that I fully enjoyed my stay and have no complaints. Location: Excellent! The hotel is just off the main shopping street and has good access to transportation. There are shops, grocery stores and resturants in walking distance. Building: Yes it is an older building but it is well maintained. Sure it could use a few updates but there was nothing that I found wrong. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no air conditioning but this is expected in most older european hotels and a fan was provided. The shower was very clean, had good water pressure and good temperature. I saw a few people in other reviews complain about having to leave the keys when going out, but this is common in most older hotels in europe where actual keys are used insted of door cards. Its actually a good thing because it avoids you having to be responsible for it and paying a hefty fee to have locks changed if you lose the keys. Service: This was the real winner for me. Everyone was so friendly to me and very helpful. I felt welcomed and I really appreciated this. Price: the price was competative with the market. It wasn't the cheapest but was not expensive. It did offer good value for the price. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Water overflows from the shower tray when showering. This should be addressed immediately due to the associated slip and accident risk. - Breakfast buffet sufficiently stocked, but the service is unsatisfactory. Simple special requests are not accommodated. - Poor complaint management. No response to a complaint.

The place is nice and quite clean. My main issue is the noise: there's a lot of it, mostly from doors slamming. I also find the cleaning staff to be noisy; sometimes it feels like they're on a mission, it's quite something. And they always seem to be wherever you are – in the bathroom when you're using it in the morning, and cleaning the main common area when you're trying to eat lunch. Also, there's a big kitchen, but it's not accessible, which is incomprehensible. It's also very noisy if your room faces the street. The coffee is decent, but it's not specialty coffee.
