Facilities were average, but overall it was decent for a business trip.

I found all the staff at the hotel to be very friendly. The check-in service was excellent. I was asked about my room preference, which was accommodated. Furthermore, the room was already pleasantly pre-cooled when I arrived, which was great given the summer heat outside. The air conditioning also managed to keep the room perfectly cool on subsequent days, even with temperatures over 38 degrees Celsius. So, it didn't really matter that one of the bath towels was a bit worn out and had two holes :-)

A lovely small hotel. The staff are warm and unobtrusive. Rooms are clean and comfortable for relaxation. Close to the city center and well connected to all parts of Berlin. Everything you need is available within a five-minute walk.

The suite is very large, with high ceilings and an old-fashioned style. The hotel is old, but the facilities are not old. There is also a balcony and kitchen facilities are fully equipped, which is suitable for family travel. The front desk service is very polite. Berlin prices have really skyrocketed, but the hotel price is also okay.

I saw a lot of bad reviews before booking, so I was still a little worried, but after I checked in, I found that the self-check-in by everyone's bad reviews was very silky and simple. This is a plus item. If you live in bnb in Japan, it is basically this process, and it is not as good as this electronic. The second is that the room is small, it is really small, but clean and tidy, and it must be complete. This is a good choice for the pursuit of cost performance. Finally, it is too convenient downstairs. There are good bakeries, delis, supermarkets, Vietnamese powder, coffee shops downstairs. Everything is downstairs, a minute walk. A intimate point, for marathon runners, the hotel is the track at the entrance, the hotel also intimately provided water, sports towels, electrolyte powder and foot polishing stickers on the day of the competition. Very recommended

Stayed with 3 people. It's perfectly adequate for a standard stay. The area near the station was a bit dirty on the way to the hotel, which was a minor concern. No issues with the facilities. Since it's summer, it was a little hot with just the fan. I would probably use it again if I have the chance.

For the price paid, the Homaris WestSide is actually good to very good. Unfortunately, when we stay in one of the suites, some things have not worked as they should. Negative: - TV in both rooms is not working restricted or not. - The lead track of the darkness hang in the ” living room” with a sofa is damaged and insufficiently flicked with a tape, which hangs the hang to the side of almost everyone from the wing and with the help of a bank back into the Leading must be sworn if you want it to be dark at night. - A bed lamp doesn't work in the bedroom. - There is a discharge on the toilet that does not seem new, at least the calcify storage in the fugs under and before the toilet indicates that. Positive: - Breakfast buffet is very good for the money. - The double bed and also the bed sofa were comfortable.

A second stay and a pleasant one. We went for the superior room and whilst nothing was necessarily better than the previous room, aethsteticly it was different but that's about it. Definitely recommend but room wise, there's not a massive difference between the standard and superior (that we stayed in)

My visit was brief, just overnight, and despite paying for breakfast, I couldn't partake in it due to an early train departure. The hotel, while dated, was well-maintained; the older furnishings added a homey and cozy touch. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and with birds serenading outside my window, I enjoyed a tranquil sleep. Conveniently, the train station was a mere 15-minute walk away, aligning perfectly with my travel plans. The vicinity of the hotel boasted restaurants, salons, and various services. A combination of safety, affordability, and comfort made for a pleasant stay.
