It was a youth hostel and when we arrived there were so many kids. Kids are kids some are polite some are boisterous. In general I am happy with hostel. The breakfast was good.

Great location Room, lobby chill out space, restaurant were all huge, spacious, clean and full of convenience Staff were all friendly and supportive Really enjoyed the stay here

They seem to have never heard about hygienic products... like toothbrush and toothpaste etc., bed sheets were like sandpapers, very hard to sleep. And the check in time and check out time is not reasonable. Check in at 3pm and check out at 10am????? Come on that is not how you operate a hostel or hotel whatever you call that place...

Great experience staying st a&o! The lobby and the room was clean and nice, the bed was comfortable. It’s quite near the central station.

Really enjoyable hostel experience. Every thing is quite good and the staff is really nice, making you feel like being welcomed. They have 24 hours service desk so it is really good for those have very early／night flights.

Very well located, very clean and a cozy room. The only thing that was strange for me, it was that I had to pay extra money for city taxes when I checked in for my room. A little noisy during nights, but very calm in early mornings:)

This hostel was my first place to stay at the beginning of my Europe Tour as a solo traveller. And I am so happy to have stayed such an amazing, beautiful safe place in Berlin. It is so near to the Central Station in Berlin; so you can go every touristic, must-see places in Berlin in a very short time. The room I stayed was so comfortable and clean. My roommates were so kind and good friends. The staff working at this hostel are so kind, respectful, understanding and helpful people. I thank them all. The breakfast is so satisfactory and abundant. You can eat or have a drink at the hotel bar and lobby. I strongly recommend this beautiful,clean and peaceful hostel.

Place was nice but guest were bad I gave up using public kitchen they just kept storing items

recommended,my first time in berlin,next to the central station and clean and good service staff.I loved it.

Wasn't aware that you had to pay for your own bedsheets, so that's something to keep in mind.

Overall it’s nice and the staff were very friendly, but if you’re traveling with a lot of heavy luggage like me alone, the way from central station is not far but the roads might be a bit rough, Lots of rock and peddle streets for suitcases to scroll through.

Amazing hostle, the rooms and toilet are kept clean. The facilities provided are great and staff are very helpful and nice. I would recommend this hostel to everyone!

Place was relatively clean and was a good stay! Our room was kinda tidied up every day although not much was done (just replacing of bath floor mats). Location was not bad as it was near the central station but it was about a 10 minutes walk from the central station. Overall a good stay!
