absence of hot water in shower...and rooms in east wing are a definite no-go, we should have known. overall - an utterly disappointing experience

Luxury hotel at at great location, the staff are nice and services are wonderful

Everything was wonderful, the staff, the room and the view. The receptionict upgraded the number type and we had an amazing view from the balcony

Good service

The hotel room is generally good and spacious. The location of the hotel is good. The only problem is that the people living upstairs kept moving the chairs, which was very noisy at night. Another problem is that the waiter did not change my toiletries every day. The other living environment and front desk staff are OK. It is worth recommending. The price is a bit high.

The bed was very big, two pushed together. Because the extra bed was too bad, the family of four ended up sleeping in the big bed. It was not crowded, and it also had air conditioning. It is absolutely impossible to live without air conditioning in the European summer. Dinner was settled in the hotel ~ it was just average.

A little far from the city, but the service is attentive and friendly
