Nice hotel. Clean. The room was dark with not enough light. Fortunately, the light in the toilet is bright enough….. near by all restoran & shopping mall, train station. Small village feel Relax.

The room is in white colors, and therefore the dirt is very noticeable. It was possible to wipe the door from the toilet side, on which either snot or blood was smeared. The room is beautiful and stylish. But for some reason the maid came to clean it exactly at the time when we were returning tired from the street. And that was both days. I liked the breakfasts. The floor was not washed, but vacuumed, and with a dry brush, not wet cleaning. I definitely saw this, since both devices were in my presence. For this price you could do better cleaning. The room was warm.

The hotel is still a little far from the main train station, it takes about a kilometer to walk Although the distance is not long, it is still inconvenient if you have a big suitcase, because Venice is full of stone roads and it is difficult to walk However, it is very convenient to take a bus directly to the pier in front of the hotel in front of the train station. This hotel is very newly renovated and has a very good environment. Compared to the area near the train station and the Roman Forum, it is relatively quiet at night. There are also restaurants, bars and convenience stores downstairs. The hotel's breakfast is also very good, with a rich selection of dishes. Also, this is the first time I have seen disposable slippers provided in a hotel in Europe.

The hotel is billed as 4-star, which is probably the four-star standard on the island. Except for the breakfast, which is acceptable, the room is billed as 26 square meters, but in fact the toilet is larger, and the house is just a standard room. Moreover, the breakfast dishes on weekends are quite good. I wonder if everyone has left for breakfast on Monday, and there are fewer people, and there is one less hot dish. All in all, the price/performance ratio is average.

It is a good place to stay as a couple, the view of the canal is incredible. Close to the transport station. Perhaps it would be of great help to pick up travelers from the terminal or at least give them information on how to get there.

Nice property with friendly and helpful staff. Gentleman in bar was very personable and helped us to plan our trip!

This place is AMAZING! The staff are so welcoming and quick to help if necessary. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at any of the places we’ve stayed thus far. We came by train and it’s just a quick walk to the hotel. We stayed in the off season so there were no crowds and everything was easily walkable. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Venice! 😄
