(The only flaw is that I'll tell you at the end 😝) After lunch, the little guy pushed the suitcase, full of energy, and with a loud shout of "Grandma!", our pleasant journey began ☺️ ✅Hotel advantages: 1️⃣ Facilities: Very friendly to young babies! There is a thick carpet on one floor, and you can finally let go and let the little guy run freely. The amusement park unlocked small cars 🚗, ocean balls (I can't play in other occasions, I really think it's dirty, the hotel checked it and it's still quite clean), soft big Lego blocks, Lego walls for hands-on training, and carousels, crawling areas suitable for older babies, elastic trampolines... What's commendable is that anti-collision corners are posted at the corners of hard objects, including the buffet restaurant, which is great! There is also a small swimming pool with a constant temperature of 38 degrees to play in the water, and the little guy has a lot of fun. 2️⃣Dining: Two, Chinese restaurant and Western restaurant. Chinese food is ordered, with an average of about 100 yuan per dish, and the amount of food for 2-3 people/dish. We obviously ordered too much 😅 The signature fish is delicious, with crispy skin. The noodles ordered for the baby are said to be delicious when they are just served, and the quantity is large, which feels enough for two ladies. The green vegetables are quite novel, mixed with pickled mustard greens, and the taste is fresh. The overall ingredients are very good, and the service is also great! The air conditioner is a bit blowing, and a shawl was delivered. The breakfast buffet has a rich variety, floor-to-ceiling windows, and the view is very comfortable. The buffet dinner is mainly not very seafood, but you can see that the ingredients are very fresh. 3️⃣Environment: There are very few people in the park and the hotel, I love it! There are lakes, towers, fish, and you need to pay for cycling and island tours. Cycling is also a good choice on a good day. 4️⃣Service: The hotel is divided into villa and non-villa areas. It is recommended not to go to the villa area with a baby, because the villa area is outside the hotel, which is still not very convenient, especially when it rains. We were lucky to catch a rainy day. After the rain stopped, the clouds on the mountain were so beautiful! Some rooms can add beds. We added a bed for the aunt, 520 yuan (including breakfast), and added a crib for the baby (free). On the baby's birthday, the hotel was very considerate and sent a Black Forest cake, wrote a birthday card, and decorated the room👍🏻 🚫The only flaw was that there were mosquitoes at night (we did not open the balcony door), and in the morning I found that the little guy was bitten on the face by 12 bags! No one reminded us to use mosquito repellent at night, and there was a hole in the crib (I found mosquitoes at night and covered the baby with a mosquito net I brought over), and the details were still a little bit off. The next day we reported this problem to the front desk. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic (I think her surname was Chen) and gave a gift, but to be honest, after five days, the bag on the little guy's face has not gone down🥺 Whatever, Yanqi Hotel gave an overall score of 4.9, leaving a small regret, I will make up for it next time!

The advantages are that the hardware is very good, the environment is beautiful, the hotel garden is very large, the room cleaning standard is also good, the bedding is very comfortable, and the toiletries are of good standard. The disadvantages are that the service is very poor, which does not match the hotel's 5-star positioning and charging standards. It feels that the staff are recruited from the surrounding areas, and the hotel training is very inadequate. Except for the front desk staff who have a good attitude, other staff have basically no service awareness, including but not limited to the extremely bad attitude of the security guard at the entrance of the parking lot. As a hotel guest, you are not allowed to enter without a reserved license plate, but this matter can be simply stated, and there is no need to speak harshly; the several waitresses at the buffet chatted with the guests throughout the whole process, and I don’t know if they know each other. I forgot what I needed after telling them, and the food at the buffet was also very unpalatable. Overall, first-class facilities, 5-rate service, it’s a pity for this environment.
