Grand Hyatt Beijing

Tian'Anmen Square and Wangfujing Area Beijing|0.35km from Dongdan Gymnasium South Road
Everything in regards to our stay at the Grand Hyatt was 6* except for the WiFi which wasn't of international standards. Location was spot on a central network linked to the mall with major big brands Which is linked to the 1st class train system. It's also 30mins walk to the Forbidden city. And the gym 🏋️♀️ and Pool and Spa was simply immaculate and luxurious first class with a heated pool oasis. Wished I could have spent more time enjoying the facilities. And what complimented well to the global luxurious brand was it's staff members! I have to call out the exceptional 2 departments Conceige and Housekeeping which was truly above and beyond!!! Daniel -assisted with restaurant bookings and forbidden City tickets reservations. And when he was off duty he still wechat me to suggest how to maximise the use of our tickets and best way to maximise time to visit Tianamen Square too and tips too on best way all this while he was off duty! Such dedication!!! Another staff whom I like to recognise is Cecila also from Conceige. When asked for directions on day 1, she didn't just verbalise, she left her station and ushered us all the way outside and showed us the right way around to our breakfast destination. On day 2, which is also check out day, she realised its J birthday and made arrangments for not 1 but 2 bakes so that our dearest friends could enjoy together too. She also kept in touch on wechat to organise all our logistical arrangments several times. Each time with a 😃 smile. Outstanding! Housekeeping lady for rooms 1221 and 1220 was simple though and detailed and went above and beyond too. So much personal touch to all that she did which most would never bother! Good job!! And best of all, she didn't expect anything in return. Absolutely admirable! Unsung hero! Check in staff Allan was pleasant and swift with our late check in and made our final day breakfast logistics seamless. Thank you and thanks for responding efficiently on wechat too. Con- WiFi sucks badly.....surprised that a 5* global brand couldn't keep u to. Chengdu 4* service Residence. So frustrating for global travellers like ourselves. Hope the next time we stay here sky guo would have fixed this feedback! Alongside with ensuring that luke warm pre made coffee will not be served. Absolutely charming sales director

Inner Mongolia Grand Hotel

Beijing Railway Station, Jianguomen and Guomao Area Beijing|0.22km from Dongdan Gymnasium South Road
A very cost-effective old hotel. Because I am a person who is sensitive to sound, let me talk about the soundproofing first: the soundproofing of the hotel is very good, no strange sounds will appear, and the noise in the corridor can basically be eliminated, except for the closing door of a very close guest, which is basically inaudible. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to Dongdan Metro Station, making it easy to go anywhere. The room is fully equipped with a refrigerator and a safe. Hot water and heating are sufficient. The only drawback is that the room is too hot in winter. As southerners, we are not used to it. In the end, we found that we can just wear short sleeves in the room. In addition, the hotel has two highlights: One is the room service, which always comes up with something that surprises us, such as giving away some bath towels and soap tablets. But what actually surprised me more was that this hotel was very clean, even the corners and corners were cleaned (such as the places I circled), and all the cups were washed and sealed in plastic. One is the hotel’s own restaurant (Inner Mongolia Office Restaurant in Beijing). The mutton and beef are very delicious (although it is a bit expensive, but the quality is worthy of the price). I recommend you to try it! In addition, the hotel front desk also gave me a pair of eye masks before leaving, thank you!

Thinking about staying for one night, I booked a hotel close to Concord. When the weather turned cold, the heating was on and the sun was directly on, making the house very warm. The price of this prime location is indeed justified, mainly for convenience, 2 minutes walk to the subway station, 5 minutes to Concorde. All kinds of snacks at the door are very convenient. The room is not big, but it is clean, free snacks are provided, the TV is very big, Xiaomi 58 inches seems to be. There is a bad room service that is not good at night. There are no pillows at night, which is really not supposed to be. It is lucky to be able to choose a suitable room within 500 in Beijing's second ring road. I will consider it next time I go here to work. The surrounding season will be 700.

The room was very clean and the health was very good! The service attitude is particularly good, and the room is very warm and hot for 24 hours. It is less than 200 meters from Tongren Hospital. It is the bus station, subway station, six-star praise, super good, and I will choose to stay next time.

Facilities: average Health: pretty good Environment: OK Service: Very good. Oriental House is a good hotel. The location is very good, between Wangfujing and East Chang'an Street. The transportation is very convenient and the surrounding life is also very good. I will consider this Oriental Home Hotel when I go to Beijing in the future, and will introduce it to my friends! fine!
