Everything in regards to our stay at the Grand Hyatt was 6* except for the WiFi which wasn't of international standards. Location was spot on a central network linked to the mall with major big brands Which is linked to the 1st class train system. It's also 30mins walk to the Forbidden city. And the gym 🏋️♀️ and Pool and Spa was simply immaculate and luxurious first class with a heated pool oasis. Wished I could have spent more time enjoying the facilities. And what complimented well to the global luxurious brand was it's staff members! I have to call out the exceptional 2 departments Conceige and Housekeeping which was truly above and beyond!!! Daniel -assisted with restaurant bookings and forbidden City tickets reservations. And when he was off duty he still wechat me to suggest how to maximise the use of our tickets and best way to maximise time to visit Tianamen Square too and tips too on best way all this while he was off duty! Such dedication!!! Another staff whom I like to recognise is Cecila also from Conceige. When asked for directions on day 1, she didn't just verbalise, she left her station and ushered us all the way outside and showed us the right way around to our breakfast destination. On day 2, which is also check out day, she realised its J birthday and made arrangments for not 1 but 2 bakes so that our dearest friends could enjoy together too. She also kept in touch on wechat to organise all our logistical arrangments several times. Each time with a 😃 smile. Outstanding! Housekeeping lady for rooms 1221 and 1220 was simple though and detailed and went above and beyond too. So much personal touch to all that she did which most would never bother! Good job!! And best of all, she didn't expect anything in return. Absolutely admirable! Unsung hero! Check in staff Allan was pleasant and swift with our late check in and made our final day breakfast logistics seamless. Thank you and thanks for responding efficiently on wechat too. Con- WiFi sucks badly.....surprised that a 5* global brand couldn't keep u to. Chengdu 4* service Residence. So frustrating for global travellers like ourselves. This is the first time I have stayed at Haoyuan Jianguo Hotel. Although it is an old hotel, the facilities are well maintained, clean, hygienic and comfortable. The hotel environment is extremely beautiful and the service is good. The superior location of the hotel is the first choice. It is very close to the subway station and is not far from anywhere. It takes ten minutes to walk to Wangfujing and further to Tiananmen Square. The hotel's breakfast is rich and delicious, as well as authentic old Beijing snacks, and welcome fruits are provided upon check-in. Next time I stay in Beijing, I will choose Haoyuan Jianguo Hotel. I also hope that the hotel’s service will get better and better.

Amazing. Highly recommend. Great value for the size, 4 times the size of a regular hotel room. Would def rebook and stay at this Marriott in Beijing in the future. Fully equipped amenities and full kitchen. Housekeeping everyday and helped wash the dishes and offered to wash clothing, even though the suite has a washing machine, dish washing machine, stainless steel pots, etc. Only 3 mins walking distance to one of the best high-end malls, Wangfu Central 王府中環. My mother just had a hip-replacement surgery and has trouble walking in the snow or long distances, so location to everything was prime importance, this hotel was only 5-6 min walk to all the essential banks we needed to visit. Also, was hoping to take her to a few hot springs to relieve numbness and pain in her legs, but the bath tub in the spacious bathroom was so huge and comfortable we often stayed in to take turns soaking in the tub instead of going to the hot springs. Also, they had an indoor temperature controlled swimming pool, so we went swimming every other day, and used their gym. The swimming pool was empty and had 3 life guards guarding the swimming. All I can say is this apartment hotel is one of the best you can book in Beijing.

We chose Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing for our last night in Beijing. As soon as we entered the hotel, we felt the warm reception of the staff. They accompanied us to the room, introduced us to the hotel's facilities and gave us some gifts, which made me feel In the strong Spring Festival atmosphere, we tasted fruits and desserts and then went to the restaurant to enjoy the set meal provided by the hotel. It was by no means a perfunctory free snack, but a full table. The taste was also very delicious. My husband and I came here in the evening The long-awaited bar was also very delicious. Later we had a great time and ordered several special cocktails. Every service staff here was full of enthusiasm. Finally, special thanks to Alex, Nana and Lenny. Thinking about staying for one night, I booked a hotel close to Concord. When the weather turned cold, the heating was on and the sun was directly on, making the house very warm. The price of this prime location is indeed justified, mainly for convenience, 2 minutes walk to the subway station, 5 minutes to Concorde. All kinds of snacks at the door are very convenient. The room is not big, but it is clean, free snacks are provided, the TV is very big, Xiaomi 58 inches seems to be. There is a bad room service that is not good at night. There are no pillows at night, which is really not supposed to be. It is lucky to be able to choose a suitable room within 500 in Beijing's second ring road. I will consider it next time I go here to work. The surrounding season will be 700.

I took the subway line 1 with my children around 6:08 and took two stops to Tiananmen Square to watch the flag-raising ceremony. Line 5 is the most convenient subway line in Beijing to change lines. It is a straight line to change other subway lines. The cleaning lady on the 6th floor is very nice. She makes the room neat and clean every day after I go out. I stayed here for three nights in total. I wanted to say that it was just me and the kid who slept together, so I didn’t need to change the sheets and quilts. I didn’t expect that on the last night, my aunt changed all the sheets and quilts for me and made them clean. Thank you! Four bottles of drinking water are provided for guests in the room every day, which is so sufficient that I have not bought water by myself in the past few days (including when I was out).

Excellent location and service. The staff were very helpful and lovely. Reception could speak English, a huge plus. The rating system doesn't do justice for how well located the hotel is. You can eat at a different restaurant every day for a month just within 200 meters. The subway is directly outside, so easy transport. The hotel is showing its age as the carpets and wallpaper need replacing. But the hotel was always clean and tidy. The cleaners visit your room every day. None of my possessions went missing, trustworthy. The breakfast was functionally okay, I think it is better to walk outside and try the restaurants and stalls. Also free water everyday, more than I could drink wss provided to my room.
