The staff on reception were very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, right on the waterfront, but it is a good walk or a taxi ride to the downtown area with many of the restaurants and tourist attractions. The facilities were good and well-maintained including the pools (inside and outside) and the gym. The rooms are clean and spacious and all have a sea view. The breakfast was a bit disappointing - like they were trying to do a western style breakfast when they might have been better doing local style and doing it well. For instance, the Georgian breads are amazing but on the buffet they had soft, limp baguettes.

We've stayed in this Hotel in February 2020 (it's not letting me to choose that year anymore). We checked in late as we arrived from the airport around midnight. There were accommodating and even informed us where we can get some food. Unfortunately for us, most places were already closed. The room was large with a view of the port and balcony. It looked a bit ran dawn, but still comfortable. The best part was the terrace on top of the building with breakfast. The food was surprisingly very tasty and even though we are not usually up for breakfast we actually made the effort to go as we enjoyed it that much. There were very polite to us at all times and even though the rooms looked banged up and in need of some TLC, we still enjoyed our stay and would consider returning to this hotel.

However, there was only one socket in a convenient space, the others were next to the floor or in the kitchen. The check in is a bit hard to find and there are no signs to tell you that it is on the 16th floor, had to double check the address. Overall, good hotel especially for the price you’re paying.

The hotel is located on the edge of the old town in the middle of the usual small streets. In the immediate vicinity you can find restaurants, cafes, supermarket and small shops. The cable station is five, the beach is a little more than ten minutes walk. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. On the photos the house looks larger than it is. Very small lobby. But the rooms and bathrooms booked by us were sufficiently large, friendly and clean. The room was very clean and the room was very clean and the room was very clean. It offered some hot (rooster, sauce), very delicious pizza, sauce, cheese, honey and marmelade. Some vegetables, yoghurt and cereals for this. However, no fruit except bananas.

Worst experience thus far in Georgia. Staff unwilling and incapable of assisting us to locate which tower we were supposed to be in. Room not ready after check in time and absolutely FILTHY even after cleaning. We were told to occupy our two very young children in the road (a construction site) outside the premises while they cleaned. Surfaces clearly haven’t been cleaned or sanitised properly after previous guests once we returned, staff have not a care for any kind of COVID safety, no masks etc so a very real concern. Both buildings are still under heavy construction. Zero available parking despite checking that this would be available for us. Attitude of staff is probably the worst, we have your money so we don’t care

The Best Western Premium Hotel in Batumi is located in the commercial area, close to the beach, on the main Gorgiladze street, which continues all the way to the old part of the city. It is a high-rise building, and there was a nice view from our 12th-floor sea-facing room. It is promoted as a 5-star hotel, and the rooms are of fair size, but it still lacks too many amenities that elevate a hotel to a real 5-star status. Just to cite a few examples: The safe in the room was old and dysfunctional and couldn't be used throughout our stay. We had to call the technician to open it prior to departure. The ”operating instructions” were irrelevant as they related to another model. The same for the TV, which had only one Western-speaking channel, and even this one did function after the second day. No glasses in the bathroom, etc. What irked us most were the unmade rooms, even in late afternoons when we came back from our daily excursions. Rooms should be taken care of considerably earlier. The breakfast buffet style was mediocre, in spite of the abundance. The only thing that compensated partially for all the above was the friendly and willing attitude of the reception staff. In summary, a considerable way to go.

Friends who book a room, this hotel has only 5 floors, and the first floor is like living in a basement. I stayed for 3 nights in a row, I was given the first floor, and it was fine to change to the 5th floor. Breakfast is 66 lari per person. The service staff was very nice, they helped us move the bed in case my son would fall off the bed. The coffee and juice on the first floor are delicious. The spa is different from domestic ones, very comfortable, around 500. Opposite is the coastline. I go to see the sea and take a bath after breakfast every day. It is very close to McDonald's. After the hotel turns right, there is a well-known local restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. The location is very good, but the room is not enough for five stars, but the service can be five stars!

Hotel Aisi worked well for me for two weeks. My room was clean, quiet, very spacious, and comfortable. Decent wifi. Nice balcony. The decor is tasteful, though somewhat dated. Newer hotels in Batumi tend to have bizarre decor with garish colors I can't stand, and less comfortable furniture. Their restaurant has a nice view with a balcony. Big breakfast buffet, always delicious. I had some nice dinners too. I found all their staff to be very friendly and helpful. Many speak English. I'm not a perpetual beachcomber, so it didn't matter that it is a short walk to the beach. Good central location handy to most of the city. It was a good base for my work and for enjoying Batumi. I have stayed at many hotels in Batumi. Believe me, you can pay a lot more, and get a lot less than at Hotel Aisi.

Arrived to the hotel with my mother, she first abroad, and from the first minute as we went to the administrator-ham, spoiled all the impression of Georgia. We didn't have the room we booked, the booking was on the family room, we were told he was still busy, here you standard with view to the hotel windows, on our request to move us to another room, demanded money! If I had come here alone, or with someone my age, no problems would have occurred, I would have left the same minute. Call in the middle of the night, and the mother tells you got to the hospital? ! She had a pressure jump, started to get nervous. No words! And after we met this Edward 23.08.23g. With a smile looking, not greeting, looking from high. I believe that such people should not work in public places. No customer orientation. 0. The hotel is not worth 4 stars. From free-1 bottle of 0.5 water, liquid soap, disposable slippers. The bed changed 1 times. The cleaning includes a replacement towel.

Everything the location the Mountain View was perfect next to Europe square the breakfast was amazing the best breakfast in the whole world variety of foods and changing every day and everything was delicious. ❤️ also I want to say that there are very good people on the staff and special thanks to Giorgi who is in the bar and knows English very good, his English is American and I liked it very much. I was friends with him with my family He's a very good bartender, he's always at the bar and good barista. I will even come to this hotel and hopefully meet Giorgi. Friends who book a room, this hotel has only 5 floors, and the first floor is like living in a basement. I stayed for 3 nights in a row, I was given the first floor, and it was fine to change to the 5th floor. Breakfast is 66 lari per person. The service staff was very nice, they helped us move the bed in case my son would fall off the bed. The coffee and juice on the first floor are delicious. The spa is different from domestic ones, very comfortable, around 500. Opposite is the coastline. I go to see the sea and take a bath after breakfast every day. It is very close to McDonald's. After the hotel turns right, there is a well-known local restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. The location is very good, but the room is not enough for five stars, but the service can be five stars!
