The room has everything available that you may need. The location and cleanliness was average. The checkin procedure and service needs to be improved.

The name is too pretentious for an apartment with an average renovation. Overall not bad for the price. The biggest minus is the heating. We stayed in December, despite the street temperature being +15 C, one air conditioner for two rooms simply did not cope with its task. We wrapped ourselves up as best we could and woke up with an icy nose. Be sure to take slippers or warm socks with you, the living room has a tiled floor, there are no disposable slippers in the room, your feet are frozen)
The pluses are a gorgeous view, the kitchen is quite well equipped.

Luxurious apartment in a beautiful complex with sea views (from the balcony). Within 5 minutes they came and settled us. A little away from the main attractions. If there was also tea or coffee in general it would be beautiful (there is a kettle).
