"This is my favourite hotel to stay whenever I visit Batam Location is excellent with less than 5 mins walk along the covered walkway from Harbour Bay ferry to hotel without being subjected to hot sun or rain. Within 10 mins walk are a stretch of restaurants from seafood to fusion and bistro concepts Staffs from security, reception and service crew from Cirtuz Restaurant which serves amazing buffet breakfast to even the housekeeping crew are polite, helpful and friendly Only wish that there is at least a half panel at the shower area to prevent water from splashing out of the shower area"

"Quite a cosy hotel with toiletries like toothbrush kits are provided. There's a connecting room. Aircon & wifi is ok. A good location, close to Nagoya Hill, abt 2-5 min drive. Didn't try to walk there because of the main road which makes it hard to walk around. There is a couple of laundry marts near the hotel, abt 4 min walk. There is Indomaret & Alfamart convenience store, just outside the hotel, abt 2 min walk. Can smell the cigarette smoke smell outside the room. Breakfast is ok, with local spread. Can request for omelette from the waiter."

"Good place to stay in Batam, have alot of amenities all under Pacific. There's food court (i think open at evening-night only), swimming pool, gym (i think, didnt check it out), ”casino machines”, ktv, disco, massage, spa (for men only) all under 1 roof. Shopping wise it's 10-15mins ride away from big shopping malls. And likewise to Harbour Bay and Nagoya. seems to be really big but many areas are now empty. Recommend eating the breakfast at level 2 (rp120,000) instead of level 1 (rp100,000rp) buffet style. Room service is good. Generally clean but not for the fussy ones. Heater and aircon working. WiFi could be better but it's still good. Some cons: My balcony room view is facing some water tank and its not the nicest view. Some of the facilities seems rundown: fridge not really cold, water tap sometimes leaking. The balcony door is unable to lock. Make sure you don't leave any valuables lying around, though I doubt people could climb in without endangering their lives. No shaving kit provided. There's no convenient store in the hotel, nearest one is 5 mins walk outside the hotel. Overall a pleasant stay and generally safe, not a bad experience, nothing lost or stolen. Would stay again if I'm visiting again. Recommended."
