This hotel is very close to Baoding Railway Station, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's near a main road, and the soundproofing of the windows is only so-so. The corridors are also poorly soundproofed. The hotel doesn't have many rooms, but it has many floors, and there's only one elevator, which gets very crowded during peak hours. It's about 1 kilometer from the Zhili General Administration Scenic Area. The front desk staff were pushing Huazhu Club VIP memberships and even tried to get me to cancel my Ctrip booking and rebook through the Huazhu Club app, which annoyed me. I sympathize with the front desk staff who are under pressure to push this service.

I had a really great stay at this hotel, but what made the experience special was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. Even with language barriers at times, they always tried their best to help me and made me feel genuinely welcome. The atmosphere felt very personal and authentic compared to many standard hotels. The owners and staff were warm, patient, and always smiling, which made the stay much more memorable. You can really feel that they care about their guests and put effort into creating a comfortable environment. I would absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for a room, but also for genuinely friendly people and a local experience.

I have stayed at many Hanting Hotels across the country. The crew at this outlet is the best. Their patience, tone of voice, the questions they ask reflect the excellent training they have. Housekeeping is polite and helpful. The breakfast is adequate. There are many food places nearby. The room is modern with all the necessary amenities, including USB charging. Bathroom and laundry are perfect.

From the accurate and rapid service of the door when getting off the bus, to the efficient check-in completed within 3 minutes of the front desk; From the room service staff's rhythmic soft knock on the door, to the timely replenishment and order maintenance of the restaurant's meals, a mature and efficient management system is reflected everywhere. The staff is not only enthusiastic, but also show professional coordination capabilities, which shows that training and management are in place.

The little girl at the front desk took an umbrella to send me to the car. The room was clean and tidy and bright, and the price was very high. Breakfast's miscellaneous grain porridge, soy milk, roast wheat, fried noodles and corn are my favorite, next time I come to Xiong'an, I will stay here!

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the night slept very well. The intelligent robot delivery is very intimate, and the self-service laundry room also solves the need for travel. The price is directly full, and I will choose it next time I travel!
