They were gentle and sincere, always smiling, and patiently answered all my questions, proactively offering travel tips. When issues arose, they actively helped coordinate and resolve them. They were diligent and responsible, striking the perfect balance—never intrusive, yet always there to assist when needed. I truly felt the hotel's thoughtful and warm service.
