Every time go Bangkok this hotel ok for me.. cheaper and easy to go area Pratunam.. very convience to go everywhere

Old but comfortable for me, the location, amenities provided by hotel and surrounding with night market and so on..

The ac is not working properly. Tha location is good but the service is not that good.

Loved the location in a busy area, lots of street food around, they have two buildings I stayed in the second, it was nice

Mattress is comfortable, but only comes with 1 pillow, and no tooth brush provided. Staffs are friendly and helpful, Location is good, lot of eateries nearby, close to Platinum, Central World, Bug C and Erawan Shine.  Getting in and out can be quite dangerous because you need to walk from the small alley in front of the hotel to the main road. Some tuk-tuks passing through the alley drive very fast.

I feel comfortable with hotel room good service

We stayed here for 4 days with my family. Value for money and safety. -The room is big, clean and always smells good when we return from our trip. - the Staff always clean our room and change our towels and beddings daily. - they always make sure to put your missing items on the table when they clean the room so you can see it after. - with cold and hot shower. - bidets are working and very good pressure . - all Staffs are very polite and hospitable. - there's a 7/11 in front of the building . -very nearby to the Pratunamn market and to BTS station ( phaya Thai).

hotel running as usual while renovating lobby , aircon unfunctional and not immediately change the room upon requested,

The hotel gave the room that we booked to someone else on the first and the room was smaller than the one we booked. The hotel shouldn’t gave the room to someone else when we already paid.

Service was great. Room was comfortable. However TV was small. Aircon was very cold. The Water level for the shower head was very less.

Clean , with good workers. Nuch was specially helpful. But we had issues with aircon, we couldnt lower the thermostat below 26*C . we needed to call the crew everytime we need cooler settings. it is not easily accessible to grab or taxi, they refuse to go nearer the hotel because of the tight street.

Nice and simple hotel close to shopping area and many local food around the hotel. Within walking distance to many shipping mall.

Location was pretty bad as grabs don't really want to go to this area during peak hours.
