Mercure Jakarta Gatot Subroto

Stayed at Mercure Jakarta Gatot Subroto during a recent business trip and overall it was a really pleasant experience. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the atmosphere felt very welcoming throughout the stay. What stood out the most was the hospitality from all the staff. Everyone was polite, helpful, and always greeted guests warmly. Really appreciate the professionalism and kindness from the team. One small improvement I hope the hotel could consider is the delivery policy. Currently, delivery riders are not allowed to pass items directly to the reception due to concerns about missing items. Understandable from a security perspective, but I believe handling and receiving deliveries properly is also part of hotel service. Hopefully this process can be improved to make things more convenient for guests in the future. Other than that, everything was great and I had a good stay overall. Thank you to the team for the hospitality!

The stay is very nice. Staff are also very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to people who are staying in Jakarta!

Location was great. Staffs were accommodating. Convenient as there are cafes and restaurants in and around the hotel.

Had a 3 nights stay with my son. All is good about the hotel from cleanliness to the service of the staffs. The only negative is the food for the breakfast buffet was cold. The only food that was hot or warm is the egg station and porridge. Overall im happy with my stay.

Spacious room, nice view of the city. Free mini bar of 4 canned drinks refilled each day. Very comfortable bed and incredibly smooth bed covers and sheets. Very friendly and helpful staff, some of them will say ‘good morning’ ‘hello sir’ when they see you. A pity that the room is on the 10th floor, the view of the shower room is blocked by the structure outside the building, suggest to ask for a higher floor, and the lifts do not go to 5th floor breakfast restaurant and the 17th floor of gym and pool. Need to go down to G/f and change lift. Not very convenient. The swimming pool is not very big but with nice view and atmosphere. Many choices available in breakfast, from local to western dishes. The egg, noodles and soup stations are pretty nice, though other precooked hot dishes are not kept very hot. Recommend the ‘Whiterock Terrace’ on G/f which provide tasty burger and cocktails with very reasonable price.
